The Cineplex Mobile is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2.5.1 has been released on 2014-11-20. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. My 1 star review is for both the app and the website The seat view doesn t load on the website or the app I can t purchase any tickets because it spends so long loading It took me 30mins to reset my password because both the app and the website kept having errors I m not even in the mood to go and see a movie now Thanks Cineplex for helping me save money     Bree Plater

Horrible It gets stuck on multiple steps in the booking process which is INFURIATING when you re trying to pick a certain seat in a popular movie because if it gets stuck after you ve picked a seat that seat becomes no longer pickable the next time you try to go through the process after it gets stuck I feel like this happens to me every time I want to go see a movie every few months Unbelievable that it s not fixed     Daniel James

App has a few issues After selecting movie and seat and was about to pay an inadvertent screen touch sent me back to the initial screen to select the movie I went through the process again and noticed the seat I d previously selected was greyed out The preferred seat also showed again in the middle not the back as i d selected cont d to pay And tried to verify my selected seat but stupidly it doesn t show Guess what The app purchased it s preferred seat not my selected seat Lame             Jeff Barclay

Most tempermental and annoying app It has constantly logged me out only to prevent me from logging back in I will go to the website with the same combination and be able to log in every time When you reset your password it has to be completely new but this app still wont accept your info While it is handy to look at seats for theaters with assigned seating this is an increadbly needy app     Mitchell Hammond

A frustrating and useless waste of time It simply does not work I was planning on going out to the movies but actually changed my mind after spending too much time trying to get info from this app The website isn t much better Cineplex maybe spend a few s and have a real app and website Uninstalling now and off to see what s on Netflix     Douglas Padden

App is slow as molasses in January Won t load my tickets no WiFi nor connection issues to my data provider I think the movie will be over b4 the tickets will load Best download the tickets to your cellphone Not looking forward to downloading and viewing a Supermovie that I purchased Lesson learned so won t be purchasing future Supermovies from Cineplex     M D

Google login simply doesn t work and says that an unexpected error has occurred Has been doing this for months When attempting to use a different account through another login method it won t let me use my current scene card with that new login as it s linked with the account which I can t use to sign in For now I ll have to buy tickets in the browser Update The workaround provided does indeed work will add the last star when the button functionality is restored                 Mitchell Newman

Purchased tickets after purchasing either take forever to load or simply does not load A good thing the etickets are emailed to you but it shouldn t have to be that way You should be able to retrieve your tickets from the app itself under orders period     Francis Serinet

Doesn t let me sign in so i cant buy my tickets in advance and i dont get to use any of the promos Every time i try to sign up it says theres an error when i go to accept the Terms u0026 Privacy Policy and ive tried every option for logging in Also the ticket checker in the theatre said the showtimes listed are not accurate     Aubrey Snyders

If you like ads this is the app for you if youre looking for movie listings or to purchase tickets you re better off going into a theatre 90 of the time the only thing that will load for me is all the embedded ads Also what s the deal with serving me a trailer so i can watch a trailer so useless     Curtis Stewart

This app SUCKS 4 It doesn t load anything doesn t store account information doesn t connect to anything and doesn t even give you a way of reporting it And it s been this way for YEARS If I could give it 5 stars I would     G C

Always get an error shortly after rebooting my phone that the app has stopped It s fine when I actually use the app but I don t want it running in the background for any reason on startup         Matt Grove
