The app works okay most of the time But the AIS points system doesn t give customers clear and sufficient information I lost all my points in December 2018 because AIS did not provide necessary information Thai or English And there is no way to contact customer service through the app I had to pay for my calls to their service center and after several calls u0026 a promise that my points would be refunded they did not keep their promise So AIS is making money from misleading its customers     A Google user

WARNING false advertising AIS sells Unlimited data packages that have a hidden limit After reaching that limit your internet will be throttled and be almost unusable If you buy a monthly package and buy another one a month later the second package will not start right after the first but on the day of purchase It means that if you buy your second package 28 days after the first you lose 2 days Also I tried to topup new credits online it never worked and I tried four different cards     Spolidor Eric
