The app is not bad but using it is a waste I book tickets in advance on the app and the good seats are never available on the app It s only later that the reclining seats and the last row seats are made available so you won t see them on the app I pay extra for convenience fee and book in advance always but still get bad seats might as well uninstall the app and book directly at the theatre     Harjeev Sabherwal

One of worst app I have ever seen or used I booked movie tickets for Chhichhore on Sunday 8 09 2019 but it failed twice once I did using phonepay another time I did it with paytm and both didn t worked Adding to that my two PVR vouchers were utilised on these tickets which I haven t received it s really frustrating when you can t book tickets for twice your application is really poor please don t recommend any user to use your app until you fix all the bugs     Vinay Kumar

the app cant even load page while booking it keeps giving error on every now and then while doing payment why does it takes 6 7 days if it fails to book ticket when the problem is from your side Please fix this and when i have paid PVR the money but if it fails to book the seats from your end why cant your customer agents telebook other seats from there end like bookmy show does     Raman Walavalkar

I had a very bad experience When I tried booking the seats initially it was showing my preferred seats as available but as soon as I chose them and proceeded for booking the msg came already booked This has not happen once but several times Moreover when I finally got the seats and proceeded for payment tickets were not booked though my account was debited and the amount is not refunded till date     Abhishek Saxena

You want to upgrade the app sometimes it is not working properly and the payments are blocking while the transaction is going on and it is showing that the coupon is used but with out getting the value     Avinash Chowdary

No points get credited even after earned points but in history showing properly when earned points But what is the use still we don t get coupons every time call or put in feedback then after that saying sorry pvr app and then credit our points     Nikhil Lohia

Voucher redeemed on failed transcation Even after 1 day the system still shows its redeemed I am not sure what code has been placed in the system that it would even count failed transcation and deduct our vouchers Really bad Looks like a scam to fool customers and nothing else     suveer pandey

One of the worst app ever i have used for booking movie ticket I have booked movie 3 times but not received m ticket on it after deducting money from account once it happend pvr told seats are booked but didn t get any ticket informations in app All these time i lost money even if seat booked there is some voucher tobe add these also missing Please don t use this application please choose any other app Pvr first you please correct all bugs in your app     issudeen kaja

It was my bad trusting this app even after 3 9 rating I tried booking 3 tickets for Chhichhore and the app often displayed something is wrong I managed to get to the payment page after several tries Booked it through NetBanking and the amount was deducted Found out in a few minutes that the tickets were not booked at all Now I have to wait for several days for the reversal from the merchant site which is so frustrating One hell of a buggy unreliable and ineffective app     Raiden

Disappointing experience The app fails maximum times I am a privilege member and when I tried booking tickets through my vouchers the app did not book tickets but utilized the vouchers I mean such kind of membership is futile and of no use at all I believe that the app should be improved asap         Nikhil Jain

Terrible experience Credit card hacked I tried booking movie tickets for Chhichore In first three attempts i could reach the last page after which i got a message saying Error Something went wrong I finally used the website to book the ticket Worst thing is not over yet The very next day morning there were 2 fradulent transaction on my credit card which i suspect is due to the above Error on booking app I have uninstalled this app     jay chheda

The reliability of this App is doubtful You get points u0026 vouchers on your booking But at time when you try to use those vouchers the multiplex staff refuses stating that these vouchers were already used Surprisingly the vouchers remains available in the App login n expires on the date So the whole App is either not fuctioning properly or it may be deliberate inbuilt mechanism Very Bad Other movie booking App are much better         Rakesh Nair

Bad experience irritating as well Instead of sending M ticket QR Code on Whatsapp they are sending ticket details and a link to download E ticket Unfortunately neither the E ticket link is working nor the App itself So instead of simplifying you are cimplicating it s a waste of time and resources     Alok Nanda

Your services are good but one glitch I have noticed which is when we use our coupon good thanks but it does not go to used section rather it stays there well at times it becomes embarrassing at the candy stall if the 50rs voucher is there or used plz look into it and improve this section                     Arjun Bagga

I lost money from booking a ticket and no refund was initiated Contacted a pvr toll free number from the website and representative rudely cut the line I would rather use BookMyShow as it is a safer option even though i would lose PVR vouchers         Achyut Mohanan
