    This app will never let me open it for longer than 3 seconds before force closing itself on me I have tried resetting my phone using it with or without Wi Fi and I even have the most recently updated version of the app and it makes no difference This app will not stop force closing oh and it makes it a liiiiiiittle difficult to make my monthly payments just a tad I would definitely give it a higher rating but the force closing is a MAJOR issue     Kelsey Koetsier

    Horrible i updated the app and when i click on it it doesnt even open and gives me a message saying it has stopped or isnt working gives me option to report it which i have and it still isnt working the right way nor will it even open at all this is insane and i pay my bill every month and have been a customer for over 3 years i havent ever had any issues with my service but not being able to open my metro app and view my own account is rediculous     Michelle Ficara
    For months the Ap Payment feature hasn t worked started around the T Mobile Merger My Ap is updated with the latest and greatest but it forces me to call every month If you speak to a payment representative they ad 3 for a Convenience Fee If you want a functional Ap ATu0026T or Verizon or maybe even that Walmart Phone may be a better option Metro is cheaper but remember you get what you pay for     Don Unknown

    Every time I try and pay my bill on this app it tells me that my credit card is accepted that I need to call my bank and then I call Metro after talking to my bank to find out that there s no problem with my card submit it through Metro over the phone get charged a 3 convenience fee and it goes right through funny how that works so what 3 thievery out of every client every time they go to pay I think I should be reimbursed for every time that I ve paid over the phone with your company         Brian Bulluss

    I would just like to pay my bill a couple weeks early That s the only reason I even get on the app It asks me to update but I already had and it asks again It wont load so I can go to the account page and seems to freeze I will say that Boost mobile gives 15g of hot spot with all the fixins for about 20 cheaper a month If these problems arent fixed Ill switch services and by the looks of it many others will be switching also in no time         Jimmy Farmer

    Been with them for years never had much problem with Metro Get decent reception where most do with a few exceptions Prices always been good for unlimited everything with some other nice features The update to the app is trash right now though for some reason but calling in and autopay are good ways of avoiding the 3 fee and being disconnected The convenience of the app was great before that Fix that up asap                 Tj Mcgill
    The app always seems to crash or is super buggy Most of the time I have to restart my phone entirely in order to refresh it so it ll give me current information about my account Also the app doesn t tell you much beyond how much is due And lastly it is pointless using it to pay your bill Unless you don t know what number to call because that s all it does it just connects you via phone No online pay through the app Better of going online         Mitchell Quintero
