Most of the time it s very good but I ve recently had trouble ordering items off it due to glitch performance Also it shows a lot of merchandise that hasn t been available for a long time For example it will display Dooney and Bourke bags that have been sold out for years among search results while not showing bags that are current             Kirsten Petersen

I loved the Shop Disney Parks app and was sad to see that it was being retired The new app just isn t as helpful and doesn t have the find in store option in the parks I was hoping to know where all I need to go to grab sourvenirs for my family on my next trip and be able to plan ahead but you can t plan ahead with this app I m hoping that Disney brings back the find in store option for the parks and resorts         Andie Kleckner

The app hasn t updated in ages It s still showing back to school and the Disney Dogs collection It s also showing items that are no longer in stock as though they still are The app itself is basically unusable right now Also hate that the app is only viewable in portrait mode Would be nice to see the app in landscape mode as well as it would make the app so much easier to use     misslisa1120

Hate it I loved the Shop Parks App before bought lots of very expensive things Its like you don t want annual passholders to shop in the parks anymore because you don t tell us where to find the items And if you try shopping on the My Disney Experience app it takes you to the old shop parks app that isn t supported anymore Discounts were automatically shown you re just supposed to go on faith for discounts tax etc Sorry I don t have it Give me back my old app that worked     Karen Crooks

With all that Disney has invested and in IT experience through its parks you would think that this app would work similarly Shopdisney doesn t even sync the app with the website so my orders don t match The app needs work as well as the shop Disney experience     Michael

Got rid of the Shop Parks app for this Gives errors for log in won t let you search availability at parks only guest checkout available and just plain doesn t work Wouldn t it have been easier to just merge what you want from this into the shop Parks app and rename it shop Disney Fix this app     Amador Hernandez Jr

I liked the old app better It would specifically tell me which stores within Disney World I could go to purchase the item I rather pick up the item while I am at the park then wait for it to be shipped to my home please offer the same for this app     Jennifer Spiller

I ve used the app several times over many months and it almost always had the same flaw when you go to checkout it goes into a continuous loop where you enter the payment info and it looks right back to the main cart page Exceedingly frustrating     Michael Smith

I love it but As it is an adroid app I m obviously using it on my phone As such I m just as obviously looking at it on a small screen The details of some of the items I m shopping for are too small to pick out I can neither pinch zoom in on the picture nor can I take a screenshot and blow that up app won t alow it Fix one of these and its five stars all the way                 Nicholas Barresi

It s disappointing to see that the Shop Disney Parks app is no longer available Unfortunately this app doesn t allow you to search stores you find in the park and the merchandise they can offer My wife and I just got back from our trip to Disney World and I went to go look for an item that I saw at one of the stores that I wanted to purchase and it s nowhere to be found on here I used to use the Shop Disney Parks app quite often and the experience with this app unfortunately doesn t compare     Ryan High

Not happy shop parks is gone I loved the shop park app and used it to find unique items on my trips to Disneyworld I was not concerned when they said the app was going to be phase out and that all the same items could be found in this app I assumed they were adding a location feature to this app but that is not the case Way less items on this app and it does not tell me where to find in the parks Very disappointing please bring shop parks or offer that feature on this app Thanks     Deborah Ligda

Now that the shop parks app is gone this is supposed to be the replacement Its horrible you cannot search for only theme park merchandise with key words and the map telling you which park and which store it was located in is now gone In park only items are no longer displayed and is now only showing items that can be purchased and shipped to you Very disappointed     Sean

No Find on Map feature This was a great way to find things in the parks that you know you interested in or want I used it to help plan u0026 budget souviners for trips on the ShopDisneyParks app and should have been included There is no way to go to ALL of the shops at WDW u0026 resorts to browse Certain items are only offered in certain shops at the parks u0026 resorts very often not all of them It will prevent me from buying as much merch if cant find it App is ok but not as magical without this feature             Sorian Grey
