It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2.1.0 has been released on 2014-11-23. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. The updated version is horrible Places I have put on my favorite list previously don t even show up on the map Unless you know what your looking for you won t even know the place is included in the passport discount Even though the old version doesn t update the map to your current location at least it s accurate with the offfers I would rather use the old version Please bring it back     A Google user

While it works most of the time what is lame is after an update it looses the card information If you don t have access to your work email and don t have the card number you are stuck         Atul Talesara

At San Diego s Island Prime last night great meal by the way the waiter insisted that the app should be able to display a validation code or redemption code or something like that We have never been asked for that and neither I nor the waiter could figure out how to get a validation code from the Passport Mobile app Eventually the manager said it was okay but I am still left wondering if the waiter was imagining things or if there is some app feature that I am not aware of and whether it only works with certain Passport restaurants or all of them I would rather not have to haul the physical card everywhere I go and in the past all I needed was to show a restaurant my card number along with the fact that I was logged in to the Passport Mobile app Any advice or insight would be appreciated                 John Lortscher

Tells you to download a PDF form for an offer but opens it inside a viewer in the app rather than browser or just downloading it In app viewer s pop out button doesn t work and neither does it all you to open any of the links inside the PDF     Dan McGrath

Used this app many times and loved it until I ended up having to pay 4x more than I needed to because the app errored out at the log in screen saying it can t connect to the servers I ve tried reaching out to the company and have followed all of their suggestions but they haven t been able to help I ve even gone so far as to wipe my phone clean and reset back to factory condition and then re install but that hasn t helped either I d love to be able to use this app again and would gladly re rate it if it would only allow me to use it again     Kim Rashell

I like some of the discounts that come with the Passport card but hate this app Impossible to search for a set of specific categories without seeing hundreds of things you re not interested in Turning off all notification options still shows notifications when you open the app Irrelevant notifications Location always resets to current location instead of the city you enter even if location sharing is turned off     A Google user
