I ve honestly never reviewed an app before but I felt compelled to let people know how bad this app was In theory it sounds great but every single time I watched it would reboot and fail It was almost as if they intentionally had it fail to run more ads for more revenue you do know the tournament ended yesterday right     Adam Baitsell

it is an alright app I have a problem with it crashing in the middle of the game Missed the last 10 seconds of a close game cause it crashed and took 15 mins to load back up I m not sure what happened but it was way better of an app last year 2018 tournament Might not mess with it next year too much of a hassle             Tyler Stamps

App constantly crashes and I m always having to close it and open it back up again I very often get either the error messages or it stops streaming because it says I lost video connection but it has nothing to do with the Wi Fi I m on It s good to watch love games for free but it s literally made for people to use like 4 weeks out of the year you would think it would work better than this         Nick Bullard

The app constantly glitches and reloads so that the game you re watching is on a delay You have to log in with you service provider but then must watch an ad when you click to watch the game and additional 3 ads if you cast the game in addition to the commercials you have to watch during the game It constantly disconnects while casting as well and then you must watch the ads all over again and outside the game further on delay It is a HORRIBLE app     Rachel Tyeryar

I greatly appreciate this app It makes the best 8 days of the year even better My ONLY issue is the multiple advertisements I m forced to sit through every single time a stream is opened Especially since a connection error seems to happen 4 5 times per game even though no other apps have connection issues at my house I get that bills need to be paid but forcing ads every single time a stream is opened is overkill considering the players see don t receive a single penny             Josh Lanham

Stream gets interrupted too much And sometimes the video will stop while the audio keeps playing Tired of opening and closing the app after waiting for it to load Then having to watch an ad every single time I open it My internet service is fine and my phone is new I just want to watch good quality games on my phone without the interruptions     A Google user

Casting to Shield TV keeps randomly stopping And it makes me watch the ad every time I start it back up again Very frustrating When it works the feed appears to be a higher quality so I d like to use it but just can t deal with the drops         Anthony Poe

Wont cast properly I can cast onto my TV from several other apps not sure why this one isn t working The games stream fine but the when I try and cast the screen on my TV just turns blue until the app disconnects and stops trying to cast         Jaycee Floyd

Im using the app from my galaxy S5 to cast the game to my TV It crashes every couple minutes worst part is that when i start the cast again i have to watch a commercial but it works         Ben Leeds

I have used this app for the past few years and always looked forward to watching the first 4 days at home because I don t have cable and was very happy with this app They would let you use it until games went to the sweet 16 and then you needed to register your service provider Now this year the app only allows you to use it for 4 Hours What is the point of even using it at all it s not worth it anymore If I had cable I would not need the app very disappointed from 4 stars down to 1     Mike Ramirez

Great app for getting with friends and making brackets But when it comes to being able to watch the games one of the biggest parts of the app you get a 24 hour TRIAL If you dont have DirecTV Dish ect you can t watch after the 24 hours If you have those you are probably watching on the tv NOT YOUR PHONE If this can be changed so people without those providers like me can watch all the games LIKE YOU ADVERTISE that would be great     A Google user

Probably the best app I ve ever used Really helps me keep up with all the games App gives useful notifications about games and most importantly possible upsets Even allows you to keep up with other games while watching a game with a screen touch Ads are not oppressive Really well thought out Sad its only useful for a few weeks                     A Google user

The whole system is poorly designed Stuff doesn t load correctly Updates are slow Items take forever to render Can t even manager brackets groups appropriately because of bugs Submitted multiple reports no response I find myself switching to one of many other apps to check scores and manage my brackets I d suggest finding another alternative there are plenty     Jared Fields

i have enjoyed picking my teams and watching how the tournament s been going the only thing i am concerned about was i couldn t get the First Four games picked and i tried numerous times to get in to pick the winners but i couldn t get to that part of making my picks i am not very sharp on computers or cell phones for alot of different things but i keep plugging away at it so i may learn the next time i make my mind up to get involved with tournaments such as this one But i have this one                     A Google user

Don t use if you want to switch between games frequently because you will miss 30 sec for the same commercial over and over again plus a long pause for a NCAA bracket graphic before the game starts you might miss those big moments that March madness are all about Luckily I still have a major TV service which I will be using instead of the app unless i need to view games on my phone On the positive side I am surprised by a reasonably high quality video with little to no motion blur             Josh Hoeft

Lies Lies Lies It clearly states multiple times in the description that you can stream all games lives across all four networks CBS TBS TNT TruTv Here we are first game of the tournament and when you click on it it says you must watch CBS games on the network I hate lying developers of apps that falsely advertise in the description just to get you to download Shame on you Turner     Scott Jett

it wanted my zip code I tried several times to make a bracket but it wouldn t let me after a little while it didn t even let me try to make an account this is by far one of the most annoying experiences I ve had with an app I didn t say the full story because I m too annoyed right now I might come back and say the rest but I m too peeved at the moment I would not recommend this app it is awful it works terribly and it wants your personal information do not download it PLEASE     Clare Simon

I created a group and this is the second year using it Right now it shows 68 people are in my group but I can only see 50 names Several have added to the group and I need to know those brackets are there it s almost game time Hope I can see them all soon Would be 5 stars if it was working as well as it did last year Will change to 5 stars if can get some help clarity             Terence Williams

this app says you can watch EVERY GAME LIVE guess what YOU CANT it starts out great then it says your free pass is up in 58 seconds WHAT FREE PASS then it times out says its over and just stops No more game right in middle of the game ruining the game u wanted to watch online because you had no acess to watch it on tv     A Google user

Your app sucks and is almost a total failure Streaming constantly hangs requiring restart of stream every 5 minutes Every restart means sitting through more ads and frequently takes you minutes backwards in the game When it DOES stream the sound is always out of sync with the video Worst sports viewing experience I ve ever had     Jay T

the part where you fill out the bracket never opens crashes every once and a while it is cool that you can watch the games CBS needs to skip carriers though and just commit to carrying the games even if the app costs a dollar or two would be worth it for unlimited coverage         cecilsmith24

This app sucks I downloaded the app and tried to create a Bracket after filling out all of the information they asked for to register and it will not even let me get to the brackets much less fill one out I think it is ridiculous to be advertising in on all of the NCAA Basketball tournament telecasts if it isn t going to work     John Martin

Look I understand that men s basketball is more popular but don t claim that you re showing all the March Madness games if you don t have anything for the women s teams From a technical perspective the app works fine but it s really frustrating that it doesn t even tell you anywhere it s limited only to the men s teams     Austin Smith
