The password masking is basically a gimmick Whether I type fast or slow my whole password is visible and then slowly masks letter by letter a few seconds after Im done typing By this point if someone was trying to see my password they easily could Other than that the app looks decent and I havent had problems checking my account           Password masking is slow

Couldnt get in Apparently the the credit union emailed a pin a couple years ago Yeah right like anyone keeps old emails laying around What the heck is wrong with simply asking the challenge questions           Couldnt get in

Works fine for me not sure why everyone is crying                 Just downloaded it

I have tried for 30 minutes to get 3 checks deposited the one time I was able to get passed taking a picture of the back it told me it couldnt read it and it was likely out of focus however it was a perfect picture Every other time I tried to deposit the checks it would freeze either before I took the picture of the front during the photoing of the front or before I could photo the back worthless app Not even worth the one star     Piece of Junk

Very poor was never able to access my checking account using this app there was always an error message Will never use this app againservice with this bank by phone and online are horribleseeking to change credit unions

Couldnt even login On a thursday at 9am my branch was closed Held for 10 min to ensure main branch was open but they had no answers and i had no extra timeNeeded to make a deposit badly Ended up here to no avail Said I had attempted to login through too many devices I hv a laptop I changed phones a few months agoreally Too many Told me to call same i guess to put me on forever hold Its bull My advicebank elsewhere theyll treat you better     Couldnt even login

2 star for a straight iOS port If you updated the look of the app Id love to rate you higher 2 stars for subpar performance     1 star because it works

Just installed the app on my nexus tabletI had a stack of checks to deposit but got nowhereThere was no way to snap the picture of the check and the app either got an error or logged out every timeNeed an app that can be run from a laptop or PC    

When entering the password at the login screen it takes about 2 seconds for each character to be masked by an asterisk The masking of each character should happen within a split second        Fix the password masking

Has some issues but much better than the previous app              Good App but desperately needs work

Mobile deposit hasnt been working for me for the past 5 days I have never had a single problem but everytime I have tried to deposit my check it wont go through It will usually said responding to request which it has been then it will say check accepted but it hasnt been accepting I have tried 20 times its ridiculous Fix this please I dont have time to go to the bank and wait forever              Mobile deposit

There are a few things that need to be worked out but SO glad to finally have the app available              Needs work but good

I dont know why my user name stays on here after I log off and I press clear to clear the fields then I press exit Then its there again with my user name when I login again So how to get this app from remembering our user name I really dont like having my password showing up when typing it too And theres a delay when typing in the password and then you wait for it to finish typing the last 2 characters of your password and then you get it        Login info

my phone keeps freezing and force closing when I try to do check by phone please help five if that worked           Check by phone
