This happened to me twice I booked tickets went through the payment page after entering the OTPs I get a page where the reference number will be mentioned and then it says the status is failed and that i can check under the order page for the status if my ticket was confirmed or not Now there are 4 sections in the order page ie All confirmed not confirmed and failed These 2 bookings that i did are not showing up under any of these tabs Support team is useless they take ages to respond     Rinka Baruah

I would not recommend this app to anyone They have the worst cancellation policy For cancellation they have a chat window where you may not get response on time and end up paying too much cancellation fee Worst experience so far     Kirti Ratnoo

Not useful will be uninstalling it The mobile no given for contact are not working No procedure to reschedule the flight date There is a button reschedule but it takes to a chat window and the reaponse is very slow     Gautam Shejwalkar
