Update went to Verizon and they had to do something on their end apparently they had to turn voice mail to text on or something Which is weird because I used to have that on anyway Works great now love it Upgraded to 5 stars                     Jay B.

For those that are having the app crash immediately upon launch contact Verizon and make sure Visual Voicemail is provisioned on your account Then it works fine App should warn user instead of crashing             Needs Verizon provisioning A Google user
