The new REM-Fit Active app version 1.0 has been updated on 2015-01-16. I changed my rating from a 2 to a 4 because customer service was able to help me resolve the concern with my steps not being counted because the device was stuck in sleep mode Customer service is great and I love the features I just can t give it a 5 because still having trouble with the device syncing at times When that happens I have to turn my blue tooth off and back on and then it usually will work                 Michelle Behbood

The app works flawlessly and is very easy to use It easily connects with the Rem Fit Active device and I can change at any time meaning that I can relatively measure how much exercise I want to do The sleep tracking is also very intriguing to say the least In general this app paired with the device is great and I like it very much                     Steve Reynolds

Difficult to sync with phone many error messages Does not count steps LOL I walked with my daughter an entire day at a zoo outing She had on a fit bit and I had on Rem fit 100 She had nearly 15 000 steps accurate with other fit bit wearers I had 46 steps What a joke Anyway it provided a great laugh for everyone The only thing I believe it does do accurately is sleep quality Save your 10 folks enjoy your mattress protector you don t need a Rem fit         Sharon Kroontje
