The app is absolute GARBAGE for an Android Im sick of listening to Dealertrack say there coming out with a new update that should fix the problem So far since Ive been with them they have come out with 5 updates and it still NEVER works correctly I only get black book and car fax when I do an appraisal Everything else says NA Its so frustrating because Dealertrack could obviously care less about there customers or this problem would of been fixed a long time ago Its been about a year

This app on an android is complete trash Always logging you out and pending photos even on wifi The development team needs to get their stuff together
This app sucks Pending uploads for days With all the constant complaints for months just temporary why are you not handling this What the hell are wrong with you people and this company
I am constantly having issues with the photo uploader you use will show pending for hours Ive tried importing from gallery wifi 4g LTE direct it doesnt seem to matter It will log me out saying my session has been terminated losing all of my photos along with no way to back upThis needs an update desperately Very Frustrating

Impossible to use for appraisals at auction because you cant see who appraised which vehicle Link to inventory is not on the appraisal vehicle page so you have to have your inventory memorized to know if the vehicle you are bidding on at auction is something you have on the lot or not Very disappointed with the changes Bring back the old app

As the internet photographer for my store I use this app through a Samsung galaxy camera 2 It could be the ideal tool for this app as it allows instant uploading of my photos to the Internet However every time I snap a photo it closes the telephoto lense to show me a review and ask if I want to keep the photo This wastes so much time that I stopped using the app Please change the app for android devices so that we dont have to review every photo individually Its useless until this is done Almost worth using
Its no vAuto and it doesnt work on a tablet Ehhneeds work
Anyone whos used VAuto knows how much this app is lackingsuper slow and not compatible with Manheim auctions
This app randomly kicks you out Super slow and very laggy Lg g3 has some issues
