The app works fine but the e ticket has horrible graphics The QR code is close to the left edge of the screen instead of being in the middle so this makes it hard to scan it both me and Alitalia staff had troubles with it This should be an easy fix so please fix it             Chiara Alessandri

The app does not work I entered my booking number my first and last name and ERROR message I tried three times and then I gave up I entered the exact same information on the Alitalia website and I managed to check in so there was nothing wrong with the data I entered     Lou Armour
