Every time I want to connect I can only do it once and that s after I install the app for the first time After that if I want to log in a second time I have to completely uninstall the app reinstall it to be able to login Everytime I try to log into second time it tells me something went wrong but it always works the very first time I have tried this with a Galaxy s9 and the OnePlus 6t phones     Juan Muniz Jr

Only three stars since I can no longer use it on my tablet When I open the app a message comes up saying that there is an update but Google Play says the app is no longer compatible with my device I m using a Samsung Tab S3 running Android 8 0 just like my phone on which the app runs fine I tried to contact the developers but nobody at Mass Mutual could help me contact them I ve waited to write this review thinking that they might fix it but they hasn t happened yet             A Google user

I have the same problem with this app I have with their web site at least when I access the web site via the phone It NEVER recognizes my password even when it s copies and pasted to the clipboard from my password saver Same when it s copied and pasted from the screen or manually typed this is the ONLY app and web site I have this issue with Same issue when I change the password the new password is never stored or recognized     Britt Bowman
