The service this company offers is first rate both in terms of the quality of the cleaning my car looks like new and in terms of customer service The app itself may have a few small kinks to work out but don t give up contact the company and they will be very helpful I had a few problems with the app in trying to set up the first appointment So I emailed the company Within minutes I received a phone call from an administrative person and within minutes after that from their IT programmer The programmer who may also be the owner was keenly interested in making sure I didn t encounter problems going forward He also offered a coupon to offset the cost of my first service for my trouble And then the service person was well organized in setting up the meeting at my office garage and was patient and responsive to all of my questions He used Rub a Dub proprietary products to make my car sparkle inside and out as if it just came off the showroom floor I m amazed at how much better my car looks than if I took it to a standard car wash Highly recommended                     Maureen Gardner
