How about Skip using this service I advise everyone to delete stored credit card info on their accounts immediately Do not download this app They do nothing to stop fraud on your account and in fact I d be surprised if their own employees aren t complicit in allowing this activity to go on You can contact support and their twitter account all you like but all they do is give you the run around Call your credit card company immediately and request chargebacks     Brandon Stiff

I did have one very bad experience ordering from skip The order never came As the money came off of my credit card I was less than happy However I was refunded in form of skip credits of the same value for further orders There have been no other issues And skip is very good if you travel a lot as I do I would recommend it                 Amber keyes

When I order to pick up my own order this app works great When I order for delivery my food is almost always cold and once the courier picks up the food I can track that the courier drives around in no way the direction of the restaurant or of my house It is frustrating to have to wait more time than is necessary because the driver is doing his own thing The delivery feee on top of a tip usually comes to around 15 this is a fee that most would expect to receive a decently timed pick up time         katherine tremblay

I use Skip twice a week usually I love seeing what new restaurants have joined The app worked great after i got verified by visa to not block orders going to the same address as my card is billed to I do find the Other feedback option confusing Does checking Other affect the score If so the would be kind of dumb                     Jim Boucher

Great app a bit too easy to use if you know what I mean plus the HST delivery fee and tip add up Not recommended for use too often Rather call store and pick up food or use some dishes and make food at home                 Maymuna Khawaja

I have had no issues with drivers ever only giving a 4 star due to one issue with a food order that I think was more on the store then this app but it was not clear how funds were going to be refunded so it caused some delay in getting food I ve used the app since and have gotten each order filled with in a decent time frame I will use this app again                 Ronda Payne

I love this app Yes sometimes orders get messed up or missing but any issues and they help you right away I enjoy this app because it s easy to use many restaurants that dont personally deliver right at your door Payment is done through the account and you just have to get your food at the door It s a good delivery service                     gloria le blanc

The service is quite good If anything is wrong or missing from your order support is always available to assist and provide refunds but most of the time it s not necessary There is an issue with the automatic report system that forces you to chat directly with support It would be nice if they had a notification system for when support responded as sometimes they will close the chat due to inactivity                 Rhiannon Yeadon

I love this app and use it weekly or more It always works just fine and surprisingly the customer service is very fast friendly and efficient On the odd occasion when there has been a problem with my order customer service has rectified the problem quickly and to my satisfaction each and every time i also use this app to order food for my kids who live in a different province its awesome to be able to quickly order a pizza gift for someone far away                     Rick Biggs

App is terrible and annoying When they inevitably screw up every other order you have the option to talk to chat support through the app to get help but it just does the loading symbol until it times out every single time and never connects so you can t even report the problem If you have literally ANY other delivery service in you area use them instead     Vanessa K

Unless you re looking to go hungry for no reason while your driver randomly sits in his driveway not going anywhere randomly drives nowhere near your house wasting time and then when you contact customer service they lie constantly looking to place blame on everyone and anything else other then the obvious then sure go for this app This is a terrible service they talk to the customers like they re blind idiots that can t see what s happening in front of them on the map and screw up alot     Michelle Devine

For some reason the GPS location for my house is a bit off it always sends couriers halfway up the block I ve tried contacting skip about this to get it fixed but they just ended up refunding one of my orders Kinda makes up for it I guess But still the GPS location isn t quite right                     Chris Taylor

Regular customer closing my account Latest update Aug 3rd COMPLETELY broke Support Chat Reported getting someone else s order this week and it looks like Reporting Missing or Incorrect Items feature is broken too finally got Chat to work once by reinstalling the app Support person says there is no report of missing items and says it s u003e48hrs so they cant refund now Reopened the app and Chat is broken again What happend to you guys this month     Matthew M

when it actully works it s good if it does not work no customer support I tried and no one got back to me after 3 weeks and counting If the app freezes after you are charged while waiting for a restaurant confirmation 14 mins and still waiting to confirm you can choose to cancel the order but then you dont get your money back you get skip the dishes dollars the one thing I cant stand is companies making you come back when they kind of suck gonna try uber eats instead         Winter Heart

Overall i like the app its convenient drivers are usually friendly but when dealing with customer service through the app it was atrocious I sent a referral link to my mom the 7 never showed up when she made her account and it never showed up on mine either When dealing with the skip support live chat i was bounced around between people to then be told that they dont do the referral credit when you refer family What We have different last names and live in different provinces Absurd         Diane Reynolds
