Meh it s a thing Not the best or worst text adventure I ve ever played A bit short but considering you don t have to pay for the whole thing I won t hold that against anybody The story is fun if a bit basic and your skills actually determine what choices you should make Overall a very well implemented mechanic Definitely for you if you don t want to commit to some massive 200 000 word novel             Sofa

Fantastic story can be changed from even the smallest of details and plays with ideas such as honor loyalty mutinies and uses stats like RPGs and they do have a severe effect on the gameplay I d recommend this to anyone who loves Choose Your Own Adventure swashbuckling adventures ans has patience to wait 20 minutes after the story ends because it s definitely worth it ps On the ads if your offline no ads pop up                     Will Phoenix

This was a short but unexpectedly fun game interetsting plot and historically realistic Was nice to be able to play for free and with minimal adds It would be nice to make more of the books free but with more advertising instead of teasing people with a few chapters                     A Google user

I think that it was well put together Giving a little back ground before I go over things I am pretty astute in this time periods history Mainly of British I will now go over the pros and cons Pros Good storytelling Above average accuracy Cons Rather short Ending was rather underwhelming I have to wait to play because I did not pay a over inflated 5 dollars One of the better of these games though Developer please address these issues and I will be happy to make it a higher ranking                 Carson City

Choices are intense the first time but don t matter as much as I thought Also the author does a poor job keeping their probably her political opinions out of the work and I often felt like I was punished for my reaction to events and for being a man         Nicholas Albertson

A lot fun and a great story A lot of neat detail that really draws you into the story The one major issue is it s very short Maybe 45 minutes to play through You can replay but you know the story so it s not as fun I made different choices and got essentially the same ending                 Brian Veach

This is a weak story The plot line is ok but it lacks the details to make it really interesting There are no details to develop a character The choices seem arbitrary The story branches based on choices are short and come back to the main branch with little difference from another choice         Jeremy Case

I loved the story and the stats system Choices went pretty well for me but I got a terrible ending which is kind of annoying when I worked so hard just to have everyone hate me in the end Ending needs slight improvements             Rue B

I enjoyed it played both as an honourable lowly captain that relies on his charisma and skill in fighting as well as a ruthless cold hearted captain that has earned his position due to his legacy and smarts but punishes his crew for the smallest mistakes It is set in a world similar to our own so don t expect any magic or sea creatures My only gripe is the ending literally a single page You do x and done thanks for playing                 Pretty decent adventure dimitris mitos

Amazing storyline and the stats system ties everything together smoothly One of my favorite Choice of games yet I very much wish to see more like this one It was very well put together and an all around great game 5 stars and nothing less My only suggestion is that the ending is worked on a bit I enjoyed the way the story ends it s just that the last portion of your life was crammed onto a page and was in a way rushed Other than that great job with this one                     Ethan Hudson

Enjoyed the story I felt like a true hero of the high seas Main Gripe too short and ended ridiculously abruptly One moment your making decisions and the next you re reading a single page detailing the rest of your life Then it ends That s it This ending feels very rushed and makes the game feel incomplete                 Dustin Hiatt

The game is phenomenal in my opinion The storyline so great it is quite lengthy but no too much which adds to the enjoyment as it does not end too soon The choices are versatile and you really feel immersed in the story Overall the game is great and I highly recommend                     Michael Grace

A fairly decent game The author should ve done more research on colonial era military punishment though because there s a part where you can choose to court martial and hang a crew member for falling asleep on watch during a war while at sea but the future outcome of choosing to do so is unrealistic I have it on good authority that back in that time period the penalty for the above stated offense was death during wartime Also it s pretty much impossible to prevent the mutiny from happening on the HMS Defender which is also unrealistic             Kevin Maiuri
