the app is hopeless it was working good when I installed initially But now it won t let me call international number directly but will have to dial a separate number and then dial the phone number its ridiculous NOT IMPRESSED 07 31 2019 The response looks like automated I tried the website given in the response and even that doesn t work I am getting really frustrated     Bradd Pitt

I had no problem calling from my Samsung phone but I have switched to IPhone 6 and now I cannot access the numbers directly from my phone contacts to make an international call It is a pain to dial phone numbers every time I want to call I know it has to probably to do with phone settings can some tell me the setting steps Would appreciate it Thanks                 Sarah Barla

I get minutes deducted off my calling time and the funny thing is is that the person I m calling doesn t answer or there s an automated recording saying my balance is zero after it tells me I have so many min for this call or it rings and goes silent I ve had the same issues a few times within the last 6 months this is now the 3rd incident When I called customer service I was on hold for 1 1 2 hrs u0026 switched to at least 5 diff people who couldn t help me at all Very much a headache     Joey Martin

so this app used to let you call your friends international without having to dial straight talks phone number first so now to call you have to dial their number and have whomever you are calling s number and country code written down so you can dial when you are prompted it s very frustrating to call out of the country anymore and Straight Talk s customer service pretty much sucks 99 of the time you can t understand whatever language they are speaking and there s kids in the background     Angelina Foscouni

You really need to get this app fixed it has worked for us on our S5 S6 and S7 All the sudden we get a Restrictions message I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck Now Straight Talk is telling us we need to dial an access number With the Working App we ne er had to dial an access number I have already talked to Support twice and don t want to call again Just fix the app     Kevin Stoltz

When calling international from my contact list instead of the contact s actual number being dialed straight talk dials random numbers I get through to my contact however only 15 different numbers can be used in the 30 days on this plan Straight talk is using whatever numbers they chose to dial out so 15 numbers is used up immediately For 5 years I have called the exact contacts without issue Now straight talk has pulled this sneaky trick Pathetic     Dixy Blackmore

I can t make calls to Mexico neither for my contact list or the app I have family that I will like to call everytime I try to call says the number is invalid I hope I can fix this problem because I m thinking about to change my cellphone company     N Esparza

I have tried using it for direct international calls for many months now and it never works I have called StraightTalk for technical assistance for five times and each agent that assisted including senior officers called in by the agents after unsuccessful attempts have not succeeded in getting it to work I am always told to rely on the call center by calling their number first before dialing the international number that I want to call since they are unable to fix the problem     Fr. this update doesn t work for me i tried everything and i mean everything and nothing it wont let me call to mexico the older version was working perfectly to me no problem at all to make call to mexico so what i did is uninstall this update and thanks god i had the apk for the old version so i installed the old version and it s working perfect straight talk needs to fix this update its nothing to do with customer service or anything that they can do     Atx Alvarez

I loved this app until the last patch it was great not having to dial the access number but now the app is broken and I am back to the old ways 5 stars if you can fix it again     Adam Allan

Since 3 10 19 it no longer works of the contact list and when calling direct through the app then sometimes it does not connect correctly I can hear them but they can t hear me Also it is not showing my number as the one calling but whatever arbitrary number through which it uses to make the call I have re installed the app several times but no change Somebody on Straight Talk s end messed up a well working app     Helge Thomsen

Worked great until this recent update Was able to find people in my phone book click on the phone number the app just ran in the background and connected my call and told me how many minutes in my account Now to make an Intern call I have to load up the app then either dial a long number to connect or there s a tab at the top to open a very bad version of my phone book list where I can pick a person but it just dials the first number instead of letting me pick what number to call 0 stars     Gra Harker

The recent update ruined everything and it seems all customers now have the same issue I cant dial direct from my contact list anymore no matter the format the number is saved in without being told the number is not included in my international plan I have to open the app and enter the number manually before it redirects to whatever random number but does end up going to my intended contact Calls also never go over an hour and 5 seconds before automatically hanging up Fix your bugs         Raehn Desperada

well I am glad to see that I am not the only one having problem with this app now since the last upgrade not only do I have to put every number in the call what when people from Canada call me they get the same message that there s restrictions on my phone this is after I uninstalled the app so what do I do now please let me know Carl         Carl Richardson

It is interesting that my review was not posted I give the same one star that i did before because its odd that after the update i cannot make nor recieve calls from Germany I have been with Straight Talk for 5 years and never had any trouble until the update My calls are restricted for some reason Please fix the app     Ramona Haubrich

the app has worked well until today i was on the phone with 2 reps the second rep was rude and told me to uninstall and reinstall i did it 3 times the app is not allowing me to dial direct i now have over 600 mins of international minutes and cannot dial direct this is ridiculous     A Google user

I just bought a new phone it s an S7 the app won t work on my S7 I don t know why and it s a pain to have to dial all of the numbers nevermind I can t receive any phone calls from Canada because the app doesn t work this makes it very inconvenient for me because I have a lot of Canadian phone calls no I think this new app sucks     A Google user

the app is great when it works i call canada at least 3 times a week and the direct call with the app is great but every couple month i cant make calls says numbers restricted i call customer support and noone there has a clue what their doing they try to tell me the only way tomake calls is with this long drawn out number then this and that if the app worked why does it keep crashing and the techs have no clue how to fix or what to do i have to delete the app and reinstall and try to fix myself     A Google user
