Great parking app I use it when I need to know where the parking lots are I like that it tells you the pricing too You can also set the date and time you plan to park which is very handy The app urgently needs an update so a user can move the app to an SD CARD to SAVE MEMORY AND Even though you can ONLY see RECENT Searches users urgently need a NEW feature so that we can SAVE locations to easily find them a month later a year later or even later than that                 Antonia Cameron

This used to be a great app but I m uninstalling now I used it many times in New York City when arriving at my destination the App would show me options with prices and for some lots would issue a coupon by email for discounted rate I could make a decision in 30 seconds while stopped at a red light and my coupon was ready and actually did save me money they took a great thing and ruined it Now it treats parking as if you want to buy Broadway show tickets Go back to the original     Mehran Etessami

It was the greatest app known to humankind But they changed it a few months ago and now it is really hard to use and now its even worse they dont tell you the listed rate and they force you to prepay I didnt prepay on a 28 rate and was charged 60 then today the rate is 17 regular rate but they make it seem like a special and i have to prepay false advertizing just worse all the time removed street parking guide too ugh     A Google user

Great idea but the prices are really not that diff than if you just drive up It used to be far better Also there is no accountability and they will sign up any garage I had valet parked my car at 847 Front Street Garage on Aug 1st My car got a substantial scratch on the front left bumper The blue paint from the pole in the garage was rubbed into it It was obvious to both me and the attendant I asked the attendant for an incident report but he didnt know what or where that was He had no idea on what to do in this scenario I asked him to call his manager and figure this out he got on the call and then told me that the manager has given me his phone number and asked me to call back during business hours the next day I have left multiple VMs with no response back I finally reported to Best Parking Well guess what you guys don t take any accountability either I was told that I should have made a police complaint And they like me to deal with this nameless agency that runs this parking garage WHO refuses to call back NET NET If you want a bunch of irresponsible people taking care of your car then please go ahead     Manu Rekhi

it was good and I saved 2 on the parking but the scanner did not work luckily there was a person from the parking lot that was able to let me leave after he took down the number it woukd be great if you could ensure the scanner worked at the locations                 kero moussa
