Frequently very inaccurate If you deleteadd location it will be correct for a few minutes For example Spokane WA 99223 actual 78F app was 87F Readded location and app showed 78F A few minutes later it showed 87F Repeatable Same on Nexus 7 and Moto X Has happened many times                

A week past now since the last rain pour in my city but this app still indicates thunderstorms in my city for 1 week already Please fix        Super not accurate

The app itself is good but the weather is never right Not even close to the weather outside Maybe the need to find a better source for weather Information Also the day and night is always switched around     Weather app

Zen like simplicity no annoying banner ads or anything that flashes Beautiful A winner Well done Yahoo                

This is one of the best designed weather apps Ive seen Love the photo display in both the app and the widget and the simple layout of the information Unfortunately some strange issues have popped up recently Every time I open the app it prompts me to add my current location to the saved locations even if its already saved there If I say yes it just continues to add additional entries for the same place over and over           Great Design weird issues

A great app love checking for the new images for the cities I have chosen but I would like to see the cities start over from the beginning when it reaches the end Scrolling back in the opposite direction seems tedious And having reached the end with absolutely no where to go is quite boring UPDATE Hey YAHOO where did my widgets go after this last update ughhhh     Very pleasing to the eye

Keeps me up to date on the weather forecast it also shows satellite images of typhoons                 Great app

Have new Motorola droid turbo ballistic nylon Like the app but the fact that theres no way to animate the radar is absurd Please release an update and fix     No play on radar

This app is unrivaled and stands no match to any other weather app out there But when yahoo decided to incorporate ads they ruined everything I never pay for apps but would in a second if they offered an AdFree version For the love of god yahoo listen to the reviews     Amazing App Poisoned by Ads

Its a mess On my tablet I have one city saved but if I tried to save second it tells me I have reached my limit had have to delete a city before I can save another one And on my phone it defaulted to spewing all kinds of crap in my notifications        Its a mess

Pictures should be more localized instead of random as the are now They dont depict the correct areas              Yahoo Weather App

Nice pictures and interface Occasionally inaccurate but restarting the app seems to fix things Definitely one of the better looking weather apps Ive used              Quite good

This has the cleanest least cluttered interface for a weather app that Ive ever used Design is extremely intuitive You can access pretty much any and all weather info you could possibly want within no more than 3 finger swipes plus other data besides sunrise sunset moon phase Constantly rotating pictures of your locations is a nice touch makes it fun to check every day Works flawlessly on my Moto X 2nd Gen                

An excellent GUI but I would love to see more options for the widget like being able to show forecast for the next few days It also needs an arranging of locations or maybe Im missing how to do it Latest update removed widget transparency and so it increased the visual impact on my home screen I had to remove it for another software

Yppee a weather app that gets it right since downloading this app I have found out that it now can find all the places I go too and give me a detailed information on the weather now thats brilliant If I could award more than 5 stars I would well done yahoo a superb app to have on your phone I have just checked the weather on my phone and it says cloudy where I live but I have just looked out of my window and you cant see 10 yards in front of you because of the fog Wake up yahoo and get the weather right                 Yahoo weather app

I love the photos and have locations selected purely to see the area depicted Weather is pretty accurate too Shame the locations of the pics are not named              Like it but is battery hungry

The design of this app is beautiful The images are really nice and it has a clean interface The problem is that the weather forecasts are often wildly inaccurate which is a problem for a weather app     Beautiful but inaccurate

This is a nice looking weather app with some useful features However it still feels like a beta The app has too many bugs One of the most annoying ones is that I often have to set it up anew when it updates including shortcuts and cities There are not enough options on setting up automatic updates of weather conditions and adding and deleting cities is a pain but that last one is the same as any other weather app It does have a useful daily reminder feature Which I use to push daily weather remind           Pretty good but buggy

So far really enjoying this Accurate straightforward simple design Refreshingly modern Displays one add but nonintrusive Very handy for quick viewing from lock screen Only 1 glitch when clicked on it immediately states info not available but opens up within a second or 2              Impressive for freeu263a

Dear Yahoo whether team When Yahoo gives this type of app to public it must be fulfill at least minimum correct information This app wrongly shows whether status wrong satellite view also Hows happening this Pl Investigate n solve bug if any Before release not all QA requirements may be passed Pl Update version ASAP Except above issue app appearance is very best especially satellite viewbut gives wrong view Waiting for your update version        No accurate details wrong satellite prediction

I find this weather app not only useful but also enjoyable it makes you feel like your looking out your living room window                 Excellent

I dont know why I trust Yahoo to give a good update Widgets no longer work I am disappointed they dont work the photos were very nice But now there is a broken widget or lack of a widget I will uninstall it until it works again The app also does not show up on my app list This is a very poor update Please fix this as it was a great weather app     Failed update

GOOD Excellent widget options with just a the right data and information design in both widget and app form BAD Latest update removing transparency control just destroyed how the widget displays on my home screens The widgets now very dark with Flickr photos disabled With the ability to make the widget mostly transparent I could reduce the visual clutter on my home screen but now the widget is just clutter I dislike it enough to uninstall the app if it doesnt get fixed soon        Was a brilliant weather app with fantastic widget

Was a fantastic app Used everyday but since update Ive had to remove the widget and place back on home screen 4 or more times The time just stops working it locks at a specific time and thats it It is currently is 0058 Sunday morning here and the widget is stuck on 1738 last Wednesday Great app but this is such a shame Am going to delete the app as I also use it for keeping time so now its no good for me        Failed update

I have been using this app for a long time now and love it I keep the small widget on my homescreen that shows my current locations temp But why did you take away the ability to change the font color on the widget Its not a huge deal but why I had it matching my phone theme perfectly and now my OCD is bugging me Please bring that feature back           I like it but

Beautiful interface Excellent functionality Comprehensive and accurate weather data The only thing I might change is in the widget that you can place on your home screen it shows the weather for the next few hours and I would love to be able to change it to a view of the next few days                 Beautiful

I read some of the other reviews and I dont understand all of the problems they are having this app runs smoothly and is accurate I love that not only am I able to check local weather but also world weather as well Great app highly recommend                 Great App

I had to delete the weather channel app because it wouldnt adjust my cities accurately This app is amazing Great graphics great info I wouldnt change a thing                 Looooove it

Its okay but Newest update has made the widget stop changing the Flickr photos It only shows some generic photo instead until I access the app It was working just fine before the latest update and this isnt the first time an update has caused this problem           Its okay but

I really love it and have it on my wifes phone and my ipad we like the pictures that are used for the locations we chose and how it updates when ever you open it but it has froze or hasnt worked a few times since the last app update and because of the problems lategly I can only give it a 3 thanks for fixing the bugs like freezing up and it works everywhere now i give it 5           Great app BUT

First auto rotate disappeared Now cities are disappearing You used to be able to look up a certain zip code and you would get the temperature for that particular zip code Now it just lumps everything together for a huge area Its common knowledge that the temperature in a huge city for example New York will vary in different areas of the city If I want the temperature for Queens dont tell me the temperature for New York I want Queens Please bring this and auto rotate back Thank you        Functions Keep Disappearing

Great photos of the current weather conditions accurate and informative Probably one of the best weather apps if not the best                 Very cool weather app but can it get better

The app is legitimately awesome in design and function However my only complaint would be that the ads and their locations cheapen the app overall I wish there was an ad free version It just looks so smooth and premium Then you scroll down and theres a big fat ad in the middle of your weather info Not cool           Great But ads

ADS AND WIDGETS WHAT DID THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM DO This was long my favorite weather app Beautiful smooth informative with animations that worked nicely without being kitschy I tried something else that worked better with my ZenWatch but came back because I missed this app When I opened it it was still as pretty as ever until I scrolled down to get more info and find 10 BEST SUVS FOR 20000 Gaaah Howd that get in there Well surely there is a paid version to remove this wart of an adwhat Theres not Well okay maybe Ill learn to live with it Lets install a widget I always liked that tooWhat Where did the customization options for the widget go You mean this is all I get And this is considered an update I am literally smh as I type this Who the hell decided this was the way to go HUGE disappointment Its still pretty and informative but Im giving it 1 star because theres no way Im rewarding this kind of work with anything more than that I really hope Yahoo will give us a paid version to remove the ads The widget problem can be fixed with Beautiful Widgets though I shouldnt have to This is a step backwards PLEASE fix this Uninstalling
