Great overall and a much better alternative to buying games and trading in once you are done If you decide you like a game enough to keep it it ends up costing less overall than buying it at a game store and they send you the box Biggest issues I have is that for new games they dont send them too quickly so you cant play them right away and they claim to work with the USPS and take the game off your queue as soon as the post office checks your return in but that s false                 Jeff Hoffman

So far so good I ve had GameFly for less then a month but I ve had no issues with it Games come within 3 5 days and as soon as they see you ve shipped a game back they ll send your next one That save 3 5 days on the return trip of your game and gets you your new game sooner I m very satisfied with my subscription at this point and would absolutely recommend this service                     Android#1 No one likes Apple

Gamefly is a great service that I have used off and on over the years In my previous subscriptions there has been a couple problems with Returning u0026 Shipping games But the service has improved over time It is much cheaper to use Gamefly to play the newest games without paying 60 for ONE game You can also keep your rented games for cheaper than retail value Now a days games release broken unfinished or just a big let down Renting helps avoid paying full price for a trash game                 John B

Awesome service never had a problem at all My only qualm is that the shipping takes a little while usually sometimes a week after you are notified they shipped you a game If it wasn t for that it would be 5 stars all day gamefly really is a fantastic service and have saved me from buying 5 6 games that I didn t really enjoy aka 300ish dollars saved                 Joshua Jollie

Selection is great customer service is quick and thorough but I I admit I may be in the minority on this very rarely get any of the games I have at the top of my list in a timely manner I tried multiple options from mailing all games back a month before the one I want is due out to removing all games but the one I want and nothing seems to work I know that there are a ton of people who use this service so I cant always be at the top But wanting to play the new stuff is rarely doable                 Sean Akins

I ve been using GameFly for the past 6 years u0026 I get so many benefits from it If I want to keep the game I can buy it at a discounted price and I get to play all the new games just paying the monthly fee One thing though that is that sometimes I do not receive the game on my list when I m supposed to even if I do have a free and open space to receive it This is frustrating because afterwards I need to wait long time I do love GameFly I just wish they would fix their shipping             Timothy Cutter

I got this service in May That s the only month it worked properly Recieved 2 broken games in june which I complained about and when I moved games stopped showing Complained and finally was given aug free But they refuse to fix June and say I never complained when I did I was forced to cancel my account as they are no longer delivering my games even though I was paying for their service     Aspen Bruinsma

Had actually uninstalled the app for a year or so after having issues with it that I can no longer quite recall Issues with it not accepting my password or something equally annoying Especially when the site itself did u0026 continues to do so Recently reinstalled it u0026 it seems whatever bugs it had are fixed So we ll see how it goes             Jason Dennison

absolutely love game fly been with them off and on since i was in elementary school and still had my ps2 and original xbox I can always count on my next game being in my mail box within 2 to 3 buisness days after they send it out same goes with games i return one last great thing with game fly are the options and prices If you want to start off easy with one game out only you can upgrade to 2 3 or even 4 games out at a time only flaw they don t always sent out your top q game                     Phoenix Rising142

I decided to get gamefly I clicked on a link to sign up and saw that their deal was 2 games for 20 then 22 50 after trial decided to go on the official website and bam 3 months for 13 50 and then 22 50 after trial long story short created a new email because the one I put in it wouldnt let me pick the better deal since I had already clicked on the 2 months for 20 just some random info I like gamefly I have no qualms as of yet                     Junito Ramos

Awesome love the fact you can rent games to try it out and if you dont like it send it back and try a new one thank you gameFly you save me a lot of money because new games range from 50 to 60 and usually you play them untill you beat it and never touch it again and yall do a good job at keeping up with the new releases                     Justin Edwards

They are charging me after I canceled my subscription I opted to buy the game they sent me and canceled but they said they had no record of that They have been charging me for the past six months far more than the price of the game And conveniently there telephone support is down so I cant talk directly to anyone This is unfair I would not recommend gamefly to anyone based on how they are being so dismissive about ripping me off     Aaron Krzesowiak

I ve never had a bad experience A little long on the wait times but that s offset by the sheer amount of games movies at my finger tips it s almost like it s my birthday or Christmas every few weeks because i get surprised at what title I m getting that time While you set what titles you WANT they give them in the order of what s available at a given time so it s kinda refreshing to NOT really know which game I m getting next till they ship it Awesome company                     Nicholas Howk

After speaking with customer service yet again and being on hold for over 15 minutes they tell me they cannot delete remove my account and they are refusing to remove my debit card info My account has been canceled but I can still log in and my card is still on file and they refuse to remove it Like seriously What kind of company is this You re lucky you re not catching lawsuits over this DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT DEBIT information You ll never get it back     Jonathan Huber

Gamefly is a great idea in concept but what should be a great service is marred by incompetence and slow delivery times I accidentally purchased a month of Gamefly so I figured I d give it a shot and boy was it terrible I paid for a month of service and overall had about a week or so where I was able to utilize said service The rest of the time I waited for my games and after contacting support I was eventually shipped something after having a terrible customer support experience     Christian Griffin
