Works brilliantly on Samsung Galaxy S8 no buttons at bottom of screen I can now find the time in the middle of the night without fighting my Fitbit which is blinding Tip I put my phone into Flight mode overnight as i have found at least one app overrides this to display a temporary popup which disrupts getting to sleep                     Madeleine Pieper

This app works so well that I bought the paid for version just to support the developer I use this alarm clock when I travel with my Samsung Note 3 and it has never let me down I did not need to buy this because the free version works so well and does not nag you That s part of why I wanted to buy this Developers who write such excellent apps that work so well like this one deserve to get paid This is an alarm clock and it works beautifully and has some nice customization options too I recommend it                     Great App Al Brettnell

This is a beautiful easy to read clock that doesn t disturb my sleep The only thing that would make it better would be if the app were to release focus when an incoming call came in or when the Android alarm went off It can be tricky to answer a call or turn off the alarm while Night Clock Donate has focus                 Steve Vincent

Does exactly what the name implies makes a great nighttime clock Allowed me to toss my old ugly clock radio You do need to keep the phone plugged in but if you re using this at night as designed that s no problem                     Great clock radio replacement Jeff Allison

The donate version doesn t turn my button lights off but I m happy to donate towards such a useful app I use Profile Scheduler to automatically turn this clock on at midnight every night so I don t hurt my eyes when checking the time in the middle of the night So simple but exactly what I want                     Great app Hailey Winstone

This is a simple app without a lot of bells and whistles that does exactly what one would think it should do It runs under reduced light level if you want allows some rudimentary font changes and or color changes disables all other background notifiers and lights like when fully charged and also operates so that if you push the lock button it activates and shows you the time allowing you to use either plugged in or not Very well thought out app Highly recommended Running on Samsung GS4 KitKat 4 4 4                     Chris Williams

Upgraded to the paid version just because I love this app so much It is EXACTLY what I was looking for With my upright wireless charger the always on clock on the lock screen was too bright by my bed This allows me to see the time without my glasses in a subtle red light that doesn t disturb sleep I ve been showing all my friends this app                     Lynette Farrand

Not only does it let you dim the screen but the red color of the clock is perfect for dark rooms in the middle of the night I use this every night on my 10 tablet and the numbers almost fill the entire screen This is perfect for rolling over in the middle of the night and reading the time without having to squint or get blinded by brightness The only change I would suggest at this point would be to make it so that the Android button bar would totally fade out in the same manner that it does with the Kindle app                     Almost Perfect Keith Parker

I ve used this clock for years It s perfect for me Just a clock with an alarm I charge my phone at night so battery usage isn t a problem BUT since my unfortunate choice to upgrade to KitKat the screen is turning off during the night This means to see what time it is I must push the side button twice to get the screen to light up I m using a Droid Razr Maxx HD                     Ann R

Have it on S4 wife s S5 and an older Samsung 10 1 tablet We simply set the phone or tablet on a phone stand and can immediately get rid of a space wasting clock radio or other clock on nite stand You need to tap the screen to set the display to dim otherwise bright display of time might keep you awake Also need to make sure phone is plugged in as even the dim setting can almost completely drain full battery by morning                     I have this on THREE devices works great Am donating a 2nd time Mike Thaler

I have used Night Clock for some time but recently updated my phone and it no longer works as it did On my new Note 4 there is no longer a menu button and I have no access to the menu to adjust settings including alarms I see this problem mentioned by others in these reviews and note that the last app update was February 2014 I guess it is time to move on Too bad as I really enjoyed the simplicity of Night Clock as it didn t try to bake in extra features and worked always flawlessly             Loved It Jody Lowes

Got tired of turning my screen on to check the time at night and have light shining I m my face I like this because I can keep it on all night lime most people I always have my phone charging while I sleep anyways it s not bright and the numbers are easy to read Also very simple I m putting it on my husband s phone next 99 is very reasonable to get the lighted buttons off I ll give it 5 stars of you can add a home screen clock widget I d even give another donation for it                     Denise Indoung
