"u2022Actually Works" is apparently a rare feature among iTunes sync apps.
App is much better than doubletwist after using it with PlayerPro.
wayyy better than double twist and all the other apps I tried.
I also highly recommend the WiFi add on.
Best alternative for iTunes sync.
