I m having a lot of trouble searching products on this app From the looks of it it has everything I would need but when I search for something it had this weird glitch It starts fine but if I scroll down it seems to keep reloading the page until it only shows the 3 products that ll fit on my screen at once and I can t scroll anymore But I know there are more results because at the top it says there s over 50 results for my search             Evelyn Gutleben

I wish I could search for parts that aren t vehicle specific For example I know I can fit different size batteries in my car but if I search for batteries on the app I have to choose a vehicle first Then if I try to remove the vehicle specific filter I m still shown vehicle specific batteries Frustrating         Randal Hoover

Apparently doesn t permit password managers It s been a while since I had it installed but I wanted to look for something today she downloaded this app I went to login and my email address went over from my password manager but the password didn t appear So I copied it as plain text and tried to paste it I saw dots for a second and then they were gone Computer security experts pretty universally recommend long passwords and password managers so this is really annoying     Ian Wright

The app works really well Fast fluid and simple to navigate Everything viewable from the website seems to be there too The only minor thing i would recommend fixing is the scrolling If the list needs to populate it gets stuck in one spot for some reason other than that i love it use this on a weekly basis                     quentin rogers

Problems since last update LGV30 Now when I scroll thru avaliable parts for my car like spark plugs once halfway down the available plugs it updates and I am unable to scroll back up to the the top of the category PLEASE FIX and you ll get 5 star s from me Other than that I the Autozone app has been extremely helpful looking up parts and brands that are available             Randy Stoll

Useless app Once you get past the first page of parts and it attempts to load more items it reloads the page with completely unrelated parts and never actually displays more than 1 page worth Better hope the item you need is on the first page     Nick Hansen

Love everything about the app Works very well Would love to be able to save multiple carts for each vehicle I have saved Otherwise great makes it so easy to either ship to home in usually 2 days or just give the noob at the counter the part number you looked up for even faster checkout                     Paul Pigon

Looking through 29 items As I scroll down it refreshes mid scroll then still says Showing 29 Items but only scrolls up or down to show 5 not 29 Have to back out a step to get back to the full list and scroll like heck before it refreshes again What a pain             Rene Gehringer

Best parts app I ve come across that actually works nice I ve ordered parts on several occasions and haven t had any issues And if you don t have the patience to wait then it can still let you know their inventory and see if they have the part at near by dealers                     Joshua Bernal

really like the vehicle repair help section i drive a 98 ford ranger and they had all the bolt torque specs when i replaced my head gasket so nice not having to read through web page after page and forum after forum trying to find that info yes i know i could by a manual but im poor another good point its FREE                     Carlos Wasabi

App won t let me search parts keeps telling me there is an error I do not recommend this app i have been trying to order parts for 2 5 hours ended up going elsewhere I spent 457 23 at advanced auto parts no problems The online link to autozone stopped working as well i had a few items in my carts and would not let me search the rest of them I have a samsung note 9     Flyguy83 #*

Worked great for years then one day all my vehicles that were saved in the app disappeared It s a pain having to add them all back and now I m worried they are just going to get erased again I may switch to a different store app     NPN Transistor

Awful When scrolling thru items it resets every minute or so showing different items at the beginning of the list When searching for specifics it gives random results Installed 3x I had to select at least 1 star so the 1 star represents the fact that the app opens     Becky Hartmann

tried to link my rewards card to the app something went wrong tried to create a new account something went wrong tried to call customer service something went wrong search for parts or repair help you guessed it something went wrong unistall and do it all again from a different device and something still went wrong     Bill Ny

The app seems to be accurate for the most part but crashes frequently Sometimes prices on the app and prices in the store for the same item don t jive Probably not app related but most parts that i typically need are never in stock at my local store and have to be shipped to home only                 X Pumpman

Does what it is supposed to was 5 stars Recently it wont load right just kicks me right out and half the time when looking up a part it just says loading forever actually have to go in and force stop it         A Google user
