App was 5 star but since updated I can t send the shopping list Have heard back from the developer very rapid response that the reason is Android 10 sharing restrictions new privacy settings He is going to update the app This is great as we find the app extremely useful and the sharing function simplifies our life as I can send the list to my spouse when he s out and about                 Madeleine Rainer-Tarrant

As a HandyShopper veteran I was very happy to find rShopping thank you It s my shopping list app of choice In December I upgraded to v2 4 10 and I lost the ability to quickly scroll through a long list of items and I don t see a way to enable that now missing feature I m now at v2 4 11 and still don t see how to do this I d sent a Contact Developer email on 12 16 2018 but I have not received a response How can this feature be re enabled Thanks                     Clint Johnson

I use this app litterly ALL THE TIME I could Not get my shopping completed without it Best Shopping App Anywhere But if it were possible Could you make the background a Blue color or something softer instead of the sharp burgandy that it is now It was Easy to look at before then you changed it to this Ugly Sharp Burgandy Please change it back to something more Easy on my Eyes Otherwise I still Love this program just can t stand the new color Sorry                     Colleen Owens

Out of all the shopping apps around this one pretty much beats them all It has all the features I need and then some Best of all it s free with no ads It s a well thought through app that focuses on the experience and doesn t get in the way                     Olger Diekstra

Love this list The only thing missing is the ability to import existing data from a csv file Our household has a food allergy and I keep a list of products that are corn free which are extremely hard to find that I would love to be able to import rather than enter manually Would give 5 stars if it has this ability                 Chris Hoppas

The ability to sort multiple ways makes this App almost perfect Select items alphabetically then sort by aisle for shopping You can even edit an item while shopping if the store has changed the aisle the item is on Wish this App could sort by label                     A Google user

I ve been using this for a number of years now and I veb never even looked for a replacement I can a keep separate list for each store complete with aisle and price info for each the app even let s me know if I should buy something at a different store because it s cheaper My only problem so far is the barcode scanner I ve tried three apps including the two suggested and they all work independently but not from within rShopping List                 A Google user

I love shopping with this app The developer kindly converted over my whole list from a similar app I had on my Palm PDA Updated 21 Dec 2018 The developer was very helpful and prompt in troubleshooting and fixing an obscure issue I was having due to a non standard setting I had set in Developer Options                     Bill Starr

Back in Palm Pilot days I used to use Handy Shopper I loved it Ever since then I be been searching for a replacement I considered writing my own But then I found rShopper rShopper has the same idea behind it that Handy Shopper had the same items are stocked at various stores in various isles for various prices and it shows you just the items to buy at the store you re at optionally in the order you ll find them in the isles Just what I want in a shopping list app Plus it ll keep track of your coupons and help you but where the process are lowest although I don t use all its capabilities                     Mark Tomory

This application is all I wanted in a shopping list Quick to set up using voice recognition Each item can be listed in the right order to check what you need in your cupboards then re presented in the order you need for shopping at the touch of a button You can press a single button so stuff in the trolly is hidden and another to look at it again Clearly anything this feature full looks daunting for a few seconds but only a few seconds I think the way photos can be used for everything shops cupboards items is an unexpected bonus useful if anyone else has to do my shopping                     A Google user

I just got my first smart phone and immediately started looking for a shopping list app to replace Handy Shopper from my old Palm Pilot which I ve relied on for over a decade It was so convenient and easy to use that I was still carrying my Palm Pilot just for that one use I installed app after app and could usually tell almost instantly that they weren t what I was looking for Either they had lots of bells and whistles I ll never use or were so basic they required you to recreate the list every time you go shopping just as if you were writing a paper list In frustration I googled android shopping list app like Handy Shopper from Palm and that s when I found rShopping List It s easy to construct lists for each store there is a large selection of products already installed that can be customized or new items added Each item can be given a quantity which I leave at 1 unless I need a specific amount unit price each or total depending on the quantity aisle label essentially the same as a category bar code or produce code priority rating if you have a coupon and notes Versatile and adaptable this is the shopping program I was looking for                     A Google user

If you are looking for just a simple list this feature rich app might be not for you If you re looking for a shopping list that allows you to have a different list for every store you go to while adding and removing an item to from every store s list having the ability to sort your list by custom aisles then this should be your pick Of course it takes some time to set up adding all possible stores to an item and adding a different aisle for each store When you set up a list of aisles for each store each aisle preceded by a sorting number according to the order in which they are present in the store shopping can be very fast                     Ann Van Roy

My family have been using ths app to orgranize our shopping list and also track the prices of each items we usually buy to get the best deals The only feature missing for us to show the price per unit in the item list screen and also be able to sort it by price per unit so one glance you know which has the best price                 Timothy Marco Chan
