Great lightweight app Shows max reps fron 115 Manually type in the amount of weight used and how many reps you can do to muscle failure Be sure to use enough weight for 5 15 reps MAX My buddy curled 35 lbs 29 reps and it said he should be curling like 110 lbs for 8 reps or something The more reps you do it seems the less accurate it becomes My buddy is doing 60lbs per arm Simple and effective
