Sweet looking theme

For some reason it wont let me uninstall this

Why does the wallpaper and icons do not show up

Started out ok then made phone unstable Some icons disappeared plus had to reinstall a few apps Uninstalling this one

How do you get it to start

My daily drivercant get away from it
