When I try to log in to check any of the the three flight bookings i have this is the result This booking is not available on mobile You cannot manage this booking on a mobile Please use a tablet or desktop computer to log into Manage My Booking What a PITA UPDATE Over two months since my original review and subsequent reply and it appears that the jet 2 dev s have still not addressed the problem with this app Good luck to anyone who needs to check in for a flight using this app     David Brooksbank
Literally unusable it just says i have no internet connection I ve uninstalled reinstalled restarted phone disabled and re enabled internet etc etc Nothing Even if it works tomorrow when needed its clear from other reviews that this and similar issues are common enough that you can t rely on this app     Mike Williams

the app keeps crashing and saying that I don t have internet connection when I clearly do last thing you need before you go on holiday utter rubbish print everything out in future it keeps saying that I need to download the app to access my boarding passes when I m already using the app and then it crashes anyway is Jet2 now a a subsidiary of RyanAir or something     Will Flaherty

You re sceptical but get the boarding pass a few days before and think oh actually what a great app So easy then when you re in the queue they ve disappeared and the app is telling you to install the app Then your return flight doesn t exist from the original reference so good job you ve got them downloaded or printed anyway in the original anticipation of the app being total balls     Sam Halston

jet2 all the previous reviews show that your app does not work we were just thinking how much better you are as an airline until we experienced the stress of your app not working how are we supposed to access our boarding cards really poor whoever you have outsourced your app development to they are having a large negative impact upon your customer consideration scores I suggest you sack them as they are clearly incompetent back to Ryanair next time     Pete Loxham

Everytime I try to open my boarding pass it simply tells me to get the app even though I m using the app It s strange because the boarding passes were showing up on the app but once I got into the terminal it just stopped working     Alex Hay

I have only flew once with jet2 and it was my first holliday i have had with my wife for about 10 yrs im a very nervous flyer i have panic attacks and suffer with clostraphobia To my amazement I was not frightened at at all with this flight it was one of the best flights i have ever been on The cabin crew were brilliant and so were the pilots who i spoke to at the end of the flight when we landed i cant thank jet 2 and all the staff even when we got to the coach they were Brilliant Thank u                     John Brewster

Hi Downloaded uninstalled and re installed several times all with the same results I have the latest Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus It s fairly vanilla with no assorted programs apps etc and yet when trying to use your app at the most crucial time it constantly asks me to bloody re log in This is supposed to be the easiest and most convenient way of doing things in with a modern day and is supposed to support paperless environments Well I have learnt from my mistake now the app is coming off the blinking phone and back to printing paper copies for me in the future Nothing worse than being in a check in queue and can t get the bloody thing to work It should be simple to use but the adds all over the place the constant logging in requests and There has been an error popping up frequently just made the whole passenger experience a nightmare Get some Professional programmers to sort this out STOP the bloody ads and just make an app that works as it s intended for that being an ELECTRONIC BOARDING PASS Email sent to the required web development team but going by the sheer number of single star rating it seems clear you have work to do on this app and rapidly too     Peter Robertson
Really poor UX Adverts all over the place Simple operations such as displaying a boarding pass are way too complex Worryingly the app appears to throw exceptions Too many fonts too many colours too many adverts Tries too hard to sell you stuff whilst trying to complete basic tasks Great example of how NOT to design and I m guessing build a mobile app     David Brookes
Although i havent had a problem checking in and getting boarding passes on my tablet the same cant be said for my mobile When i try to get in to my account on my phone it wont go past showing me my booked flights with an amend sign at the bottom No sign of boarding passes or indeed how to access them or get any further I wanted to use my mobile to board but it seems im going to have to cart my tablet with me which i didnt want to do Not impressed     Sue Peel
I have just downloaded the app and I could login and check in straight away without any issues except the back button on the phone does not gave the same result as the back button on the app Although the app served its purpose for me Few suggestions similar to the united airlines app that I like you can store your boarding passes into the Google Pay app which was secure easy to access and you could check non flight status as Google pay linked to Google finally push notifications are good                     Jake Monger
