I am surprised at how helpful this app is I ve had difficulty finding a good aide to scripture memory so I was hesitant I like rote memory and memorizing passages rather than individual verses But this app has been helpful both in memorizing and in retaining passages Personally I find difficulty in actually meditating on the scripture while reciting through this app because I m focused on accuracy There are also many UX inconsistencies which I would hope get resolved                 Matthew Woo

The memory tool is very effective but I m having trouble with long passages It s very hard to memorize a passage always reviewing only one verse at a time Am I missing something I didn t see any settings for reviewing a whole chapter or all the mastered verses in a chapter all together                 Gabby Wright

This app has been very helpful for me memorizing verses as I study the Bible However I have not yet received any notifications on my phone that it is time to review verses after 2 weeks of use but when I open the app it says several are past due if I havent revoewed them lately Shouldn t notifications be pushed to my home screen via Android Currently have Android 9 installed             Cody Smith

i had this app a few years ago and i just dowmloaded it again after 30 minutes of painstakingly deleting each of my old verses so I could learn some new ones and then repeatedly trying to get the new ones i just quit i deleted it im so disapointed     Morgan c

I ve been using Scripture Typer for several years and I love it but there are some serious issues with the latest update The max review frequency has been reverted to the original once a month from what I had set it to All of my verses are locked at whatever frequency they were before the update saying review frequency is maxed out at 4 days or 2 weeks or whatever it is and when I try to change it the frequency gets set back to a higher frequency Whenever I try to open the preferences tab in the settings the whole app crashes so I haven t been able to update my own preferences         Amanda Johnson

I would have given it 5 stars but there was one issue that kept coming back and they never got back to me When I tried to change profile or group icons on my android phone it pulls the image in but after saving it ll just be blank What s worse is now the desktop side also will stop working The only thing that may work again on the desktop is when I create a new group again I think it has something to do with flash Because it was using that to upload the image Please fix this since it s so attractive to young teens and they would want to change icons on their own Passing faith to the next generation is extremely important             A Google user

I ve had this app since June 2015 and I ve never found one that works better yet it s still incredibly frustrating at times Changing the review frequency for a collection of verses must be done verse by verse with no mass editing options available Ouch I ve memorized books Long click click click click Repeat 104 times Waaah Trying to move a collection of verses into a different folder is even worse Still it s the best I ve seen and someday it may become truly fantastic                 A Google user

I love this app straight up It is so simple to add verses memorize them and review them More than that the app is a pleasure to use I look forward to memorizing and shooting for that elusive 100 My one complaint is that there is no dark mode skin I often reach for this app when I can t sleep and I would love to able to do that with a dark background of some kind that is easier on the eyes in the dark                     Josh Tollison

Overall it does what I need help me to learn scripture I like the way they review The reason for the missing stars is that I can never get the read Bible feature to work I click on it and it says the Bible is downloaded but it never shows up Also there is no option to share a scripture from another source which is really handy and present in another app I have Also I know that have to make money but I feel as though flash cards should be an included feature for the free version Recommended if your wants are super simple It s a good app to review scripture for memorization                 A Google user

I really like this app It is fun and it works for scripture memory It was a little hard to navigate the group aspect but when I emailed the support team I got a response within two days and the response was helpful I love the badges and I hope they add more Also I love the group aspect and would like to see that development more full too This app with a bit more refinement has the potential for five star                 A Google user

I absolutely love this app but the new update has a few issues 1 My max review frequency setting is stuck at 11 months I cannot switch it to annually 2 When I review a passage verses that are reviewed correctly do not increase in review frequency If I review an individual verse it will work for the most part If you guys fixed this soon it would be greatly appreciatand d I love this app so much It has strengthened my faith in Christ so intensely God bless         Drake Barnhill

This used to be a wonderful app that i could pull out anytime and anywhere regardless of my internet connection Now im forced to wait for the app to sync every single time i open it It wont load my verses till i do and i have to turn my data on to let it do it Otherwise it just keeps synching and im left with a blank white screen Come on guys i used to love this app But it s becoming painful         Richard Chung

The App is very good towards it s design but support and claims of prioritized support with Pro version is extremely exaggerated I hope to be refunded for something that I did not receive soon May the Lord bless the developers and they get their act together and don t continue to make false claims Here s a hint put more thought into how to handle customer complaints and support Bless you all             V Davis

Don t download the most recent update I absolutely loved this app until they updated it I want to go back to the previous version please I wonder if they tested it before they releas I have a Pixel 2 and I use it exclusively on my phone Here are a few issues I m seeing It seems like every time they release an update something about the review wording changes They changed the wording again which isn t a big deal but there is a typo and now the reviews don t advance The max review frequency is stuck You have to manually advance them and then it doesn t recognize that you ve already reviewed a verse You can t use the combine all verses feature because it doesn t track that you ve reviewed a verse If you do you will need to do it again as an individual verse I use this feature a lot so that I can get the flow of a passage I hope the fixes come soon         LaVonne Ruter

I love this app too but there latest update caused several problems My max review is stuck at 2 months and all my verses seemed to move back one review period Also every time I successfully review a verse it tells me that verse is maxed out at that level It really isn t but this is very confusing I hope you can fix these issues quickly             Leslie Echerd

It would be five stars but the app does not advance the review frequency like it should I m using a Samsung Galaxy S7 and it seems like verses all get stuck on the 24 hour interval not moving forward from there If someone could fix this I would be extremely grateful and could with good conscience give the app 5 stars                 Grant Steinweg

This app is amazing I memorized almost 200 verses with your help I would have gave it 5 stars but after a recent update it tries to sync all the time which makes the app slower and I can t use it offline which was very valuable to me Please fix this issue                 Tyson Plett

No Android Bible Memory Kids Not ok Really like Scripture Typer app itself but am very disappointed borderline frustrated that the new Bible Memory for Kids app is only available for Apple devices Please tell me this is only a temporary situation that will be remedied with an Google Play option very soon I will happily change my Scripture Typer rating to 5 stars when the Android option comes out In my experience Apple does not have good support availability outside the U S certainly not in the Asian country where I live     Christine Ice

I would be best to memorize a whole section at a time but the app makes you learn verses indiviually with the refrance after each It totally ruins the flow and makes it very difficult to memorize because you re often right in a middle of a sentance and the verse ends I wouldn t pay for this app         Matt Craig
