Agree with the comments here I called the customer service number and the woman told me that for android I need to open blacks ca with Google chrome and then the multiple photo upload will work But you need to keep the app on your phone for it to work Well now it has been 30 more min and I have uploaded a few photos not all Site is slow photo cropping and edits don t save The small photo studio in my local mall has an easier to use site Horrible     Carolyn Zaum
