Cant get past the signin screen Works on Samsung tablet not on SG3 smartphone Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the paid version many times over the past several months and cant get past the signin screen on my Samsung SG3 When I reinstall and tell it to start the Icon at the top of the phone screen indicates signed out And the groove screen says sign in at the top but wont allow me to do anything Cant get past the signin screen

This is for the developer of the software Many of you dont read the instructions once you install it correctly it will work just fine Some people complain about using Google Voice if you read the instructions it says it doesnt work with Google Voice any longer Some others you talk about not having a username and password you have to sign up for one Great software works as advertised

It is a little difficult to setup but there is none other like it If you live in a country or have unlim data this is a dream come true I never write reviews but because of all the other people who are I want to help this developer out just because they dont know how to use it They give it a bad review Simply it works you have your own dedicated number can recieve calls at any time and voicemails go str8 to your email Thanks guys Its like having 2 phones in one
Ive been using the Lite version with great success so I got the paid version to support the developer I was disappointed that new app did not import the settings from the lite app This app has more settings to address diverse hardware than anything else available but lacks texting support which would make it perfect Great app

I am writing this review just because some other people give bad reviews for this app I have been using GROOVEIP for many years After they had to switch to Ringto I was disappointed as well but learned that the service was still working very well I think we should give credit where it is due Still works great even after switching to RINGTO
I purchased this app about a year ago I was able to make phone calls and receive phone calls then the new update does not allow me to make phone calls or receive phone calls I try to contact via email and no one responds to my problem I do not recommend this app to anybody dont waste your money Problem getting phone calls
Call quality is horrible now its unusable Had to change numbers First off it was once a 5 star app I paid for this after being impressed by the free version when it used Google voice Then it changed to RingTo where I got a new number was mildly annoyed by this but wasnt that big of a deal 1 star for unpredictability of keeping your phone number But when I actually needed to use it the call quality was so bad over high speed WiFi the same connection I had before that it is really unusable now I have to keep it installed because people still try to call it Call quality is horrible now its unusable Had to change numbers

I certainly wish that folks would not post 1 star reviews against an app that they are just uneducated about You really dont have to look very far right in the description above to learn Call your Google Voice number from this app access your voicemail then press 4 then 4 then 2 Google Voice should verify the phone number you are calling from and then you can hang up and your calls will be forwarded to your new groove IP number Its that easy Dont leave poor reviews because you dont know Still my first choice

I have un installed this app twice and I keep getting the error msg validation failed Going to get a refund Doesnt let me sign up
All it ever does is go to voicemail If I try to originate a call it asks for my PIN and then goes straight to voicemail it never places the call Appears I never fully completed the the Google Voice setup now works FINE Appears to be virtually useless FINE

The app is amazing and works really well when traveling outside the USA It needs some adjustments based on the chosen wifi network but after that never failed for me Just one suggestion During a call the red disconnect button is way too large I have hit it several times by accident Can you make it smaller Excellent for travelers
