So oldschool it feels like they never update their app no easy fingerprint login the interface is not user friendly it is complicated compared to other bank apps And why do you need to use a third party app to transfer money that is just stupid it just make things more complicated transfers should just be instant now I my friend has to wait 3 business days before he gets the money Please consider to make it more user friendly     James conrad Aracena

We opened a standard checking account and was told myself and husband woukd both get our debit cards in the mail in 7 to 10 days I got mine no problem My husband has not gotten his Went to bank to find out why was told they would FX and priority mail it to their branch and would have it in 2 to 4 days that was on May 22 I went back to Zions last Thursday because I hadnt heard from them Was told the card never got sent Was told it would b here by 10 today 6 3 No card still now told to wait     Tina Chadwick

It is difficult to find out how to Transfer Funds If not an option on the first screen intuitivly people will select the More menubat the top After clicking every option under More and finding nothing the user can click the plus symbol and find the hidden resource to Transfer Funds         M M

Mobile deposit does not work It rejects every check I input and doesn t give a reason I contacted customer service and they look up the checks and see they re fine but can t change anything Their solution was for me to keep asking my employer for new checks to try again with I m super disappointed in Zions     Nathan Harward

It s a great app it does what it s supposed to do However every other month or so it locks me out and tells me I need to get a new password but wont let me create one Customer service is helpful but it would be nice not to have to change my password everytime I want to check my online banking         Chelsea Powell

This app is ridiculous About half the time I ll open the app and it will take me directly to the mobile login the other half is the part I m overly frustrated with I open the app and it takes me to some apply for a savings apply for a checking page instead of the mobile login like it s supposed to You can t back out of this page I close out of the app but get this page until I finally give in and restart my phone I know it s not my phone as other reviews mention the same issue     Heather Miller

I have had so many frustrations with this app It makes me change my password way too often and when I enter it wrong it locks me out and I have to call customer service to unlock it which would be fine except it s always a 24 hour process Since I can t readily see my balance I have gone over by like 2 a few times and the overdraft gets moved in increments of 100 plus a 5 fee It s the least user friendly banking app I ve ever used         Brighton Ketts

I love the app when it works although this is the only bank app that I have so I don t have anything to compare it to I do have to delete and reinstall the app about every 2 weeks because it won t load I have even waited until the next day to let it resolve thinking it is a server issue or something but it never resolves As soon as I reinstall it works fine             Jennifer VanLeuven

Sign in is awful Doesn t work correctly with password agents like lastpass doesn t allow fingerprint or other modern Auth options Locks out and requires a phone call to central to unlock Intermittent support for helpful apps like mint Only reason I don t change banks is because that process is even worse especially if you are planning on moving home soon     Evan Call

the app makes me change my password once a week the app spaces out from time to time when i put is my password when it does the app does not tell anything until finally 3 error messages pop on screen and i have to change your password the temporary password link also makes me change my password i hate this app it looks like based on the other 1 star reviews that zion knows this is a problem for andriod users and they still no not fixed it     Austin Eichelberger

I have just now tried to view my account using the app and it is stuck in a mode where is shows to apply for an account or contact customer service and other items and it s continuing to do this It s clearly not my cell phone as I ve turned it off and back on again to re set everything Your app needs allot of work         Irene Dailey

the deposit when I go to take the photo I found the color icons confusing I thought that I was supposed to click the blue but in reality I was suppose to wait a moment and click the same button that I used to take the photo of the check to accept the image if I wait the icon turns green             A Google user
