Had old app installed and it worked well until Spring 2018 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 0 until The First Bank upgraded the app Now it states that this app may not be optimized for this device and kept trying to connect to the internet but says there is no internet available when there actually is connected to the internet thru wifi hot spots and home internet It never connects to access I have the same App on my Samsung J1 phone that works flawlessly So why won t this app work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 0 This has been reported to the bank with still no response Last bank response check by me was in September 10 2018 with still no answers available by the bank tech department     ShaRon Kelly
