The best no BS pool game in the app store This is an oldie and has always had a good reputation even when it was released many years ago The interface is very simple the physics feel accurate and the control of the cue is spot on I ve played so many pool games in my life from one device to another and console to console There are many out there and the best ones tend to get overlooked VPM is the best on android Well worth your 2 dollars My only gripe is the AI They re super dumb                     Brandon Cox

its an ok game but the battery usage even after you stop playing is ridiculous i went to bed with my phone at 100 like i do everynight but instead of waking up to it at 99 it was at 74 the battery usage said that it runs in the background continuously so bye bye pool game NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR IT     Linda Cabrera

Apart from a bug in straight pool where it loses me against Curly when well ahead Despite this one of the best game ever but unfortunately shame it hasn t been updated for a while However please add Push Out button after the break off for 9 ball or similar games Also a must please also add new much tougher opponents Better graphics with tournament and league play and better rankings                 A Hassen

Played the original decades ago and went looking for a mobile game recently Nothing else comes close The graphics are much better on the free games and their multiplayer is fun but this game is a full on simulator while the others are all toys Over 20 years later and Virtual Pool is still the most realistic billiards game on the market                     A Google user

If you love playing pool this is the best pool app Accurate ball physics very realistic I actually think this game has helped my real game Will definitely help your pattern play Only cons would be a couple of glitches no online play bad AI opponents and some game rules example 10 ball Gave it a 5 star despite shortcomings because it s still the most realistic game available Would like to see short rail banks and one pocket included                     David Masden

Looks like virtual pool The physics seem about right But the interface leaves a LOT to be desired 1 No indicator for the point of contact of the cue on the cue ball When applying spin you are just guessing 2 Camera only rotates around cue ball or else overhead No way to move it around to look at the whole table 3 No way to call a shot or nominate a pocket 4 In practice 14 1 new racks don t appear 5 No pushout in 9 ball etc Basically it LOOKS like pool but isn t really         Ferox Ludum

I m a huge fan of Virtual Pool but on my LG Stylo 3 it started freezing in the 5th round If you have any suggestions to fix this I ll gladly give you 5 stars                     A Google user

Loved the p c version and have been waiting for it to come to android There are a couple of problems though No push out option In 8 ball table should be open if a ball or balls are sunk on the break Sometimes in career mode you win matches but do not make any money I had to beat the Hammer four times in 8 Ball before making any money and unlocking Deep Pockets                 Good but could be great Allan Pengelly

Had this since day 1 still have it now imo best pool game Mechanics are realistic Graphics are decent OK why not 5star No online on android online on iPhone is temperamental Also rules not accurate in 9ball or straight pool There is a bug which randomly makes you loose career matches which is very very frustrating Fix the bug and its 5 stars all day             Johnski !

Excellent game I play on ZTE Android I have had only two problems sometimes game freezes no big deal but often I m ahead and all of a sudden I lose the match Oh well I m up 70 million on straight pool so I won t complain too much Still good enough for five stars Graphics sound effects etc as some have complained about could always improve but for pool game app this is very good and well done                     Very well done Phillip Beehler

Lovely graphics great controls nice atmosphere the best pool game I ve played on the play store but unfortunately a lot of the time the game says I have lost even when I have won or was winning in career mode I have money deducted even when I won the match please sort this out developers because without the bugs this is easily a five star game             Brilliant but glitchy ashley

Excellent work But I need 1 setting to make it playable for me The camera keeps jumping out as soon as I hit the cue ball but I like need to see the reaction from the same view while I hit it I can do without changing the table colour or the undo option but if I can t see the shot I just took from where I shot it I can t learn or enjoy it Please add this option                 Great But Jonathan Leduc

Had this running on my IPhone for 2 years with no problems On my s5 I lose games after a couple of shots and I can t generate as much power as my IPhone Fix that and you get 5 stars OK you ve fixed the problem with generating power But I have just potted 27 balls and the game is the 1st to pot 90 you pot 2 and I lose Something wrong there or am I wrong Love the game but that problem can get irritating Best game on the market                 Samsung s5 Clive Gordon

I regret buying this game after being used to the PC version The AI engine is wowfully inadequate and its shot selections are just ridiculous The physics are good but UI and game features are very poor         Poor implementation Patrick Van der Veken

When you have a player assigned to play 6 ball and another to play 8 ball and you pause 8 ball when you go back to resume that game it comes up with the 6 ball player and gives the credit to that player which makes it harder to build up to the next table level Can you fix that Also it seems to me the default English is high it would be nice if that was not true but rather it would be best if the default position was dead center You also need to be able to pause the game when the computer is shooting     Switches Players Jackie Barrick

Hey I am a long running Virtual pool player Vp3 mostly Their is one thing that bugs me about the gameplay on this mobile version I like to play the game fully zoomed out but whenever I click Step back it temporarily zooms back in whilst I line up the shot which kinda messes with my head If that is fixed it would be a complete 5 5 P And ay will we be seeing snooker w Loch Lomond anytime soon Maybe some different cue s Thanks Alex                 Almost Alex Evans

Would be awesome if I did not lose when the score is 5 to 1 in the early stages of a 14 1 game when racing to 25 points I make 5 shots and then miss for missing I lose the game This happens a lot                 Stretch MaK

I m playing computer in straight pool and it s a race to 75 I m ahead 71 to 33 Next thing you know it says I lost and he shot 1 more ball in This happens alot and it s extremely frustrating             Great game but frustrating John Sheldon

I have this game for the pc iphone iPad and now the HTC one I am very disappointed in the game The game lags horifically even after changes my settings to low detail             Poor compared to other OS s Mani Calamanco

Still the best physics of Annie phone version of pool game I can tell the AI is helping me make shots I can understand that because it s for use on phones of all sizes I just missed the perfect physics of the PC version which allows the ball to meet the table and feels like a real game Including the AI players who feel like they are making the same mistakes a real world opponent would make on the Android version VA is clearly throwing the game by making a bad mistake to give you a chance to catch up and win After beating career play changing to quick play my game is stuck at the setting of one game rounds but all games are eleven rounds And I cannot change the number of rounds when I do the game crashes In spite of all these disappointments this is still best pool game available on any portable format                 Robin McDonald
