The Cashplus Mobile App is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.4 has been released on 2014-01-8. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Terrible bank Expensive fees for putting cash into the account and then more fees for taking cash out of the account It s taken me 3 days to do an instant payment to a customer and it still hasn t gone through Cashplus have now decided to hold me to ransom and seize my money until I prove where it came from I feel like I m being treated like a criminal AVOID AVOID     trep1983
Great app although initially there was some downtime when it was not always available Typically these outages would only be a few minutes and did not cause big disruptions Other than that a good service that is much easier to use than most banks Quick sign up process Would definitely recommend for small growing businesses                 Michael Boxwell
A banking app from HELL utter garbage I ve been using this app for a year and it s the worst experience I ve ever been put through The new so called improved app is 10 times worse than the original I ve just been locked out after entering the CORRECT password 3 times You employ the worst developers in the world Don t even get me started on transfers and payments which take hours to complete Just close shop Cashplus close the damn shop     Richard Richard
I ve been waiting for a whole day for a transfer to go through and nothing is happening Normally it takes a hour or 2 at the most I honestly think their app is broken I am definitely going to be switching to Revolut next I m done with Cash Plus I ve had issues logging in to the app for about 3 months This tops it off     Mark Jones

I am disgusted in the whole experience I have tried phoning so many times I eventually got someone after waiting 25minutes After talking to them I have decided to close my account I was told I had to do this on the app by removing all funds from the acc Not an easy task as it won t allow me to transfer money or to put in any details I m extremely frustrated and feel the whole business is disgraceful I need this sorted waiting yet again to speak to someone another 20min so far     Michelle Cargill
This is the worst app for finances available It doesn t recognise user details constantly requests that user log in and or update the app and when you follow all of the directions it informs you that it is unable to log you in because you have had too many log in attempts If you need to run your finances smoothly with fluidity stay away from this app It is nothing but a severe disappointment     Alison Myrie
So this updated app has a trusted device error that is invalid after september 4th 2019 so if you download it it wont work and there is nothing you can do about it If you try to use a web browser there it will ask you for a code from the app that you cannot use because it is no longer sep 4th or earlier You call the service center and wait in queue for an hour only to be told they can t help until app is updated on google play So impossible to check your card balance Laurel and Hardy     Col Lask
Absolutely useless This is now the only way that I can access my banking services online and the app isn t fit for purpose I am unable to carry out even the most basic banking because the app doesn t work It has been an ongoing problem for so long now that I am in the process of closing my account but in the meantime I still need to access banking services online and am unable to do so To make a payment to a family member I have to now sit on hold to Customer Services for over 40 minutes     Ashleigh Moir

Poor online service Ridiculous I was advised transfers were easy via the app NO it s NOT it s easy to put money into account BUT I CAN NOT TRANSFER MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT I need to pay myself out of my business account but I can t add a payee details because though the option is listed in the app it s not active and therefore I CAN T GO FURTHER WITH TRANSFER If this cannot be sorted by Tuesday I m afraid I ll have to CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT ASAP IT S USELESS SO FAR Frustrated     78barbs
Looks like I m not alone with struggling to log in it has been working fine up until now They have now implemented this verification and trusted device security measure however it won t accept my device keeps throwing up an error this was also done before the cutoff date It then directs you to the main log in screen which you can t log in to as you need a random generated code which you can t get Got bills to pay tomorrow and I cant access my wages utterly rediculous     James Davies
The app itself is really good I am able to set up direct debits and standing orders which for some e banks like N26 in the UK is not possible However the service provided by Cashplus is really archaic If I get paid on a Friday it takes 6 hours to see the money but I can t transfer anything out again until Monday             Aaron Foster
Good bank Awful app Unable to show full details more than 50 of the time and often doesn t work at all useless When the app is down we can t even login to the website when we now need the app for 2 stage verification Get you act together before I move to another service             Richard Bates
The service was down recently including receiving and access to money but no proactive communication was sent to users just their standard service status page which wasnt updated for hours A very worrying experience I wouldnt bank with Cashplus if id known they were going to be such an unreliable bank The balance display in the app isnt intuitive either you have to read it in a small font under recent transactions     Monika Jurkiewicz
During setup nothing happens when i setup my last security question Now when i go to that section of the app i get a blank question and asked to enter 3 digits Request email for question and nothing happens App has clearly not been robustly tested Thinking of closing account before they can do any damage     Harvey Grey

Followed instructions to register the new updated app with my device including finger print sign in Worked well for a few days but now refuses to recognise my finger print then it refuses to accept my password even though I know it is correct So I cannot login to my account And guess what I cannot login through a web browser because it wants an vetification code that can only be created by the mobile app which I can t login to Well done Cashplus     Alan Marques
I love using cashplus My only problem is the monthly use and the app I have to keep uninstalling it to install it again i am still having to un install and install to use the app it s driving me crazy and what the hell is an activation key look on the back of this device what does that mean                     Samantha Pearcey
Bad experience un friendly un helpful application made on 28 08 2019 until now no card received from 28 08 2019 my money are blocked into this account and i call several times they don t answer until they have the target reached to take money over your call sometimes you need to call back several times back just because they closing your conversation Until today 07 09 2019 they didn t resolved the problem it s the third time when I m calling no answer     Romulus Florian
App has a very nice layout everything is pretty easy to find and negotiate your way around but far too often you cant do the things you need to do as the system is down or there is technical difficulties ect ect Just 6 days ago a payment was late into my account and today I cant transfer money to my niece because of more issues Edit within 48hrs of having the last issue Cashplus have sent a personal email apologising and explaining why the system errors occurred That means a lot Thankyou                 John Bonner
Every time I press Trust this device it says Sorry an error occurred I ve restarted the app uninstalled the app and restarted my phone then reinstalled the app and still no joy As you re expecting people to use the app to log in online you should really make sure that the app works properly     Chris Grove
My App is fine l followed all the instructions and all is well on my phone l can login and out no problem but now l am having problem with login in my online account l tried everything asked to do l still have a problem the verifications codes that l got sent dont go through l put my Username and Password are not being recognised its just a nightmare l am thinking of closing this account down now is too much headache l need to use my online account so l can amend and make payment and check my statements please sort out this nightmare                 88motho
app is working again and I can get it to work with my finger print and it only took a couple of minutes to login to my account and the new update is a little bit better than it was as you don t have any of the fidley bits at the top of screen now and the interface is a lot better and connection is better than its been and has more security on it                     craig jordison

Uninformed Charges outweigh its Practicality I will have to discontinue use Eventually Which is a Shame as it is very useful when it is used as it was originally designed for but it is Becoming Costlier than many of my Priority Bills I have Cancelled all Direct Debits as this has been an ongoing issue         Calbert Davids
It takes too long to sign in when pay bills or transfer money it doesn t show the balance correctly sometimes it does not recognise the sign in details seems a bit slow in overall if you can improve all those it will be great app to use             Erkul Kavalci

New security checks mean you have to have the phone app to log onto the desktop website so you may as well just use it on the phone Can t search for transactions which is tedious when checking payments have gone through         ferg l
