My kids love this app but it s really glitchy Even though we have reached the milestone to unlock a new character we can t access the new character I tried to unlock Lily Nurdle but couldn t get it complete the download Now it locks up if I even try to advance to her Also have had issues unlocking new songs as we hit the appropriate milestones I like this app because the silly songs and characters get my kiddos excited about brushing just wish it worked better             marijane kelly

the dance steps have been locked since I got the app over a year ago my kids are disappointed every time we use the app that they can t change the dance moves             Heather Wilcox

My kids actually like the new version as they care about the music more But my concern is the lack of credit for the music And frankly at least one song is not going to be loved by many parents My kids can t understand enough of the lyrics for me to worry But it seems crummy at best to not credit the artists             Pamela C.

My twins loved having their own profiles with their own coins and their own nurdles This This is no better than the two minutes that my own toothbrush runs The update removed that individuality and created an everything is the same but with incentives and the incentives actually suck to them The dancing nurdle and captain looked ridiculous not silly at all and just very poorly done and my kids did not like it It was great the way it was No thanks     Removing this app due to update Caz Duncan

This new version is terrible First off there s no multi user option And now there s no point system And no dress options The kids love this program Now I m just going to say the app doesn t work anymore because that ll cause less pain than the truth Please revert back to the old version Hopefully the points aren t lost And the shame on Aquafresh for leaving the old screen captures up from the last version     Don t update the app John Sanchez

The old version of this app easily got four stars from me but the update is a definite step back Maybe for older kids this would work a bit better but mine 3 and 5 don t like it much at all They begged for it before the update but the music and animations are no longer fun leading to very unenthusiastic brushing Thumbs down         Not a Fan of the New Version Patrick Henrichs

I am not one to deny new things can be great sometimes but taking away kids ability to collect and pick their own stuff and instead going to an app that lacks all the essentials for kids wanting to use it is a really bad idea Kids don t ask for it anymore and the interface is too complicated for them to run it now Sorry Aquafresh a little beta testing would have fixed this     Why mess with a good thing D Coates

The update has ruined this app What happened to separate profiles My kids aren t toddlers anymore so they were looking forward to using all the new stuff in the app They were both a little disappointed that they lost all of the points and outfits The biggest problem is that now the app only works every few days or so We ve had to reinstall twice and it still only works sporadically FIXIT In the meantime we are going back to Disney     Update killed It Rachel Gotta

We discovered this app last week My son loves the nurdle song so much he wants to hear it all day long He has asked every morning and evening to brush his teeth since finding it This is a child who had to literally be held down to get a tooth brush in his mouth This morning as we discovered the update he was crushed Not only is it entirely in Spanish but the original song is nowhere to be found He hung his head and said he could never brush his teeth again FYI kids don t like change     You Broke My Sons Heart Jennifer Mills

Before Nurdle danced around brushing his teeth At the end of 2 minutes you earned stars and could buy new silly outfits for him After Now Nurdle is just a blob of toothpaste no clothes he doesn t brush his teeth just dances stupid dance moves and you don t earn any stars and can t buy outfits You can earn new stupid dance moves After the first time it earned hip hop moves and said I could unlock the next thing a character I think after 12 more brushing sessions Hope they change it back     Update ruined it Erin DeVries

First of all PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION THAT MY SON LOVED The app is not working correctly My son has unlocked 4 things but they won t unlock It changes from the 1 Brush Left to a red unlocked lock that says Unlock now but when I click on it nothing happens He has unlocked things before but it isn t working now and we are very disappointed I tried to send an email but it came back as undeliverable Please fix Thank you     Jenny Shingler

Haven t used it in a while because my girls were doing good on their own But they recently started slacking so I opened the app and thought ok update No big deal But I can t unlock any of the items even after getting enough brushes in My girls are very disappointed that they can t get any of the other options And the animation isn t as seemless as it was before And did they get rid of the Nurdle shop Why didn t they just leave the app the way it was         Disappointed with Upgrade Angie Rivera
