If you are Android owner,you now can download Hayward AquaConnect® for free from Google Play. The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.0 has been released on 2014-03-17. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. You spend nearly 100k to put in a pool They say they have an app and THIS is what you get This app is an unmitigated disaster Sometime the buttons work sometimes no it says the spa is 100 degrees all the time the menu screen regarding temp settings doesn t even have the temp setting in it just filter status and the list goes on I m warning my friend who is putting in a pool to avoid this brand I m not sure how they can fix this but if they do I ll happily update my rating     E D

It works The UI is horribly outdated and Hayward s entire automation system shows its age It does however work Everything you can do from the console you can do from the app or web Setup was beyond easy less than 5 minutes from opening the box to turning the spa on from my phone             Mike Raneri

The app stopped displaying the pool temp I ve called in several times and it sounds like a known issue but hasn t been fixed yet App is slow more than it is responsive For the brand Hayward has with their products this doesn t line up at all I hope a newer more reliable app is in the works     LVPBMW

App works at mimicking the control panel but response time could be improved It would be much better if you could set alerts for things like Low Salt Filter Off etc If I am out of town and the power goes off I want a text to tell me to turn the pump back on             Rick Hlubek

When I want to turn the lights on it takes forever and typically the app won t turn the lights on When I want to turn on only the spa it turns on the entire pool system then I have to go manually turn on the spa When I want to see what the ppm for salt is it takes FOREVER to scroll through Its not a good app drastic improvements need to be made     Darla Gage

Total Joke Super slow When changing from pool to spa it s like minutes to respond It doesn t know that you re pushing spa it just knows you changed the mode So you have to wait forever to see if it got the message and actually went to the next mode IF it did You can then do it again to go from spillover to spa and wait again to see IF it got the message and IF it s going to do it     Daniel Kohler

Look the people writing these reviews are obviously handicapped or maybe they are 70 and I ll give them a pass I upgraded my existing aqualogic with a wifi got the app and everything works wonderfully my guess is these people tried to put the wifi to far from the base control board even though they tell you to check it                     Nick Russo

Well technically it does work The app is overall pretty bad They mimic the controls at the box doesn t make sense when you have the software tools to make a rich app that makes the pool a pleasure to use After all the money spent to buy the antenna and the wifi connection base the app to integrate the whole system is lackluster at best Hayward should be ashamed of this app Honestly it s a shame their isn t more competition in the pool market to drive in ovation and force companies like Hayward to step up or get out     Brandon B
