To see a menu you have to access the online ordering section and search for a store by address instead of proximity to nearest store If you want to look at store locations it doesn t seem to use my device s accurate location so it gives me stores that are hundreds of miles away There ought to be a way to set a home store and also to view the menu without accessing online ordering         Matt Rice

this has to be the worst rewards app ever have had two receipts not validated in a row because they were invalid and when you try to enter them manually it doesn t work no directions or guidance on how to scan receipts in the app you have to find the location first before scanning which if you re doing it later from home is a pain overall if this doesn t get fixed I m just not going back to any schlotskys out of protest     John Evans

It s junk now for a few years I had no issues but now it s not saving the times I when I scan my receipt for a bite It continues to show that I have only one saved despite the fact that I ve been there and have punched in 4 times in the past two months Fix this issue     Paul Berger

This app keeps getting worse I cant change the bread type on my sandwiches anymore I cant order ice tea and had to order a dr pepper what s next theres no way to put ina complaint about this either so this app is horrible and your better off ordering at the store     Amy Clark

App rejected my seventh receipt as invalid which is the time you earn 7 off your next meal Contacted tech support and was asked to submit my receipt again I don t have it so I sent in a screenshot of my credit card transaction to show that I really purchased the meal No response from tech support Send an email back to tech support that I was uninstalling the app and eating elsewhere nine days later When purchases are not honored by the company or processed as promised it only affects the people who were most passionate about getting rewards and who take the reward value into consideration when they make a purchase I have reward apps from Panera Qdoba Subway and Chick Fil A all of which have never declined a reward nor have they failed to register a purchase I ve made I ll be choosing to eat at those places in the future     Caleb Berkstresser

The nearest Schlotzsky s to me can only redeem bites rewards and birthday sandwiches from this app They stated that they don t get reimbursed for referral codes so I had to just watch as those went down the drain Additionally the new app is less than user friendly The new game barely qualifies as one but let s face it we didn t get the app for the game game no longer available in my app The fact that online ordering doesn t seem to work for me and my favorite restaurant cannot be saved are issues though I love Schlotzsky s but this new app and it s implementation are pretty pathetic Update Upon further use of this app I wish there was a zero star rating available Uninstalled this frustrating waste of space     Jimmy Howells

Got six emails the other day that I had a reward to redeem by Feb 4th It s not there nor is the last scan I put in for points toward my next reward There s a profile photo there that I know I didn t put there yet it doesn t offer a way to change it Guys I love ya but your app is constantly full of problems Please invest in people who can maintain it correctly as it s one of the main draws for me to go to Schlotzsky s at all     Victoria Caylor
