Really bad experience Price changed at the minute of buying with additional 700 dollars with a confusing price 700 dollars being displayed as the new price and suddenly I got charged 3500 dollars Their app doesn t show it is canceled and the total price says now 33 dollars     Roger S.

Terrible service if you need to change your booking They tell you to contact the hotel but when you contact them they yell you they cant change and refer you back to edreams Then you cant anybody on the phone to resolve the issue Stay away from edreams     John McHenry

What a stupid app When i try to make a booking through it it asks to update the contact details number address etc which is fine until you realize that you HAVE to enter a US state and choose from the list l even if you enter a different country of residence So basically this app is designed only for people living in USA Such small minded thinking is why i won t use this service again     Khawaja Abdullah

Full scam already pay for cancel for any reason guarantee But if you want cancel the only option is by phone And always failed to input your booking reference Beware it s cyber crime But it won t be a problem if you don t cancel your booking I guess the high rating is from people who didn t experience cancellation     Raf 6

The service is terrible I can t tell if it s the app or the service because of course they will avoid the question After i did the booking of the flight and hotel i got a confermation email only for the hotel They will send you several emails about other services you didn t ask for The app still showing pending and processing after 18h from the payment To send an email is basically usless no information They don t bother to send you an email or calling They will not refund you completely     Alessandro Tempo

The worst worst worst I have booked a two way flight which was confirmed in the app When I went to the airport my name wasn t in the system for the return flight and all the other flights were full You can imagine how stressful is that I had to book other flight for the day after with 3 times more price and and also book hotel and miss one day at work when I call the agent with a lot of effor it is like he doesn t hear me he just repeat something fix like a recorded voice     Shiva Alz

App has a problem it is showing currency in USD even when the currency is set to AUD in settings This could be very misleading to customers in ANZ please fix it Customer care is helpful in resolving cancellation however the overall customer experience is affected     V K

Terrible eDreams confirmed that all 3 flights of ours were approved and congratulations 1st flight when we arrived to the airport the airline said our flight was cancelled not by us so I had to purchase another pair of tickets Flight 2 ok Flight 3 airline could not find our reservation so I had to purchase another pair of tickets same as flight 1 This has been a terrible stressful experience and ruined our holiday the additional cost and stress is unacceptable     UJ Gent

I booked a flight hotel package to the Philippines my flight was going to go over into the next day but the system did not recognise this and booked my hotel for the same date as the departure there was no option to change the hotel dates I contacted customer service who then told me its my fault because i booked the dates even though there is no option to have separate hotel and flight dates Now I have to contact the hotel and tell them I will be a day late and pay the extra night     Max Twaits
