I just bought this pro version and now suddenly the app is broken I don t know what happened but now two serious bugs have been introduced that make this app less appealing First certain files seem to change the visualization mode back to its default on its own Second the notes remain translucent even when that option is turned off Now I can barely see the note art in black midis which is the whole reason I got this app in the first place         Samus Aran

Great piece of software For me the meat and potatoes of the app is being able to insert markers and set up loops so sections can be repeated and slowed down for easy learning As music plays notes show on a piano keyboard as well as a piano roll display that can be configured several ways horizontal vertical etc There is capability to load different sets of sounds a mixer with ability to solo and mute individual tracks and lots of bells and whistles too numerous to mention here                     Jim Dickerson

I recently bought this app having used the free version for a few weeks I emailed the developer last week with some minor suggestions and have already had my feedback realised Can t recommend this app highly enough as a musician who needs to learn a lot of music in a short amount of time this app has already proven and invaluable tool and far better than other MIDI players that I ve tried Having such responsive technical support has only made the experience more enjoyable                     Robert Nicholls

Extremely well built app Supports midi fairly well however playback does have a problem For some reason instrument changes do not get sent All the channels get played through midi as piano despite the file and or user settings being set otherwise Yamaha PSR 240 with generic MIDI USB converter                 I am Feeling Frumpy

Great Works with many soundfonts Although an issue I have with the app is that sometimes when I load a soundfont for a midi it uses the wrong instruments Is there a way to revolve this issue                 Gabe Williams

Thought this might be a good program for performing with midi tracks Was dissapointed There is no visual metronome and the markers which one would hope to use as cue points do not appear on the song s timeline so they are practically useless Oh well Guess I ll stick to my laptop         Steve Carlson

This app is extremely useful for analyzing the harmonic structure of some favorite songs If you are a composer you are curious about how your favorite musicians wrote their material and you can find accurate midis then there is no better app for this Even better is you can treat the songs with a soundfont of your choice Thanks for this app                     In Waves

It took me a while to grasp how this app works as the user interface is quite unusual However as you discover all its features it becomes remarkably useful especially the ability to change the pitch and tempo of MIDI tunes as well as just playing them and to export as WAV It s the most capable MIDI player I ve found for Android Recommended                     Dick Pountain

USB midi always play as piano sound No matter what sound you choose strings brass etc it always play as piano on usb midi device I checked it on synthesia and it works fine there Midi device is roland fp30         A Google user

The best android midi player Was able to connect it to my casio 200R May I suggest if its possible to add score sheets instead of falling notes visualization i definitely pay for this additional feature I like the continuity of songs in every folder and the soundfonts selection that make the sounds realistic                     Bert Recamunda BSPC

This app is fantastic I will re write my original glowing review later but suffice it to say this app is a home run for a Choral Group to use to disseminate vocal arrangement parts to the members each can pull down the volume of everyone else s parts except their own and change the patches of the other parts non destructively to the source midi file to be different from the part you are learning this way you can make out the lines the others will have under you each with a different instrument which differentiates them during unison lines Just great Also the development group is AWESOME There was a small bug that made a big difference in how I was able to use the program and they made a change and sent me a beta within a week when I contacted them with the test cases in which it happens Just fantastic                     Christopher Butler
