Used to have 3 weather providers One was removed in the last update the second no longer works One provider left for weather and soon this app will be useless Needs an update badly because otherwise it s a fantastic app Second edit had to drop it to 0 stars because now the weather doesn t update automatically I have to do it manually So 1 provider manually This app used to be amazing but it s been neglected for years Find something more up to date     Jeff

Had this app for years with buying the full features and worked perfectly until I updated it recently and got my Samsung 9 Now the weather nor the time toggles or updates at all Such a disappointment as it had such great features that you can change with different backgrounds I have restarted my phone and everything and emailed the company with no luck Please dont waste your time with downloading     Ra'Nisha Wilkerson

Wish there were indicators of many more things like ringtone sound media volume call volume brightness level etc and wish it had an option to backup my current widgets to cloud storage hope to c it soon brightness toggle no longer works properly on android 9 pie steps won t take it to full brightness when the brightness is full the toggle shows brightness level as 1066 etc while the max step is 100 Hope you fix it soon         nikhil chandhra

Works great on most of my devices Xaiomi has issues with it with the MIUI Android interface and won t update the clock Works great on Huawei Mate 20x LG GPad X and a generic Chinese tablet With the tablet I had to give it full access including battery or it would not update and make sure to whitelist it with any task killers                     Christian Lyn

Have used this app for years now I constantly get the high battery usage warning My phone keeps putting it to sleep so it is becoming unusable Figured this would be fixed in a recent update but have been dealing with this for over a month Please fix so I do not have to find another app to replace this one Verizon Samsung Note 9     Michael Walker

I ve enjoyed HD widgets on my Nexus 6P the weather and the Business Calendar even though they do take about a minute to boot up However on my new Razer Phone 2 they do not boot up at all unless I open the apps first Business Calendar and HD Widgets Is there a fix for this bug Also I ve just downgraded my rating due to the fact that there is now no way to reach the developer as their email address is not functional     Alan Fincke

It worked great for a while Then out of nowhere everything stopped working It stopped picking up the forecast The clock stopped changing times I reset my phone and uninstalled reinstalled the app then everyhing just went blank I guess it just must have become incompatible with my phone whixh is also annoying because I paid for it But overall it is a decent app i guess just glitchy         Zach Meier

This app just uses way too much power and the simple addition of this app to my S10 with no new changes made my batter go from lasting for a day an a half to 6 hours 100 to 0 This is ridiculous I had this app on my S7 Edge and thought it was just the battery going out since it was a 4 year old phone It was likely just this app It s unfortunate because I really like the widgets and the customization is awesome 5 stars if power consumption wasn t an issue     Kevin Manning

I been using this app since my Sam Note 3 and I love it Until now The app installs fine under Android OS 9 0 but the widget fails to update the time on display I think is trying to update when the weather is set to update but I don t think is the issue Please fix the problem         Jose Tampa

For many years one of my favourite apps paid version always put on my phones it does not appear to work with latest Android version clock stopped weather stopped checked to see if app set to sleep this was off run in background was on left with no alternative but uninstall was a great app for many years     Clive Armstrong

Great widgets but they don t always scale properly Tried contacting the developer but their website is now for sale and their email bounces that are listed here so I don t expect this app to be around for much longer I d caution against purchasing given the developer is MIA         Chris J

I love these widgets but Android keeps breaking them with battery optimization changes I had similar issues with the clock not updating at all It was stuck at the time the widget was added I changed the power mode from medium to optimized and everything is working again I m on Android 4 4                 Douglas Tompkins

Love the app but can t use it anymore Have it on both my Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy Tab S4 Worked great until the devices updated to Android Pie Now the time doesn t change I don t know what Android did to break it but I am disappointed As a side note tried to use Beautiful Widgets and the time doesn t work with it either anymore Have to use the stock time widget Still giving 4 stars because I have gotten so much use out of it in the past and hope they can update it to work with whatever                 Sherry Thoeny

This app is Abandoned Clock widgets regularly fail to update time on Android 9 There are now only 2 options for weather providers AccuWeather and Open Weather and OW never works Last update was nearly a year ago as of this review The widgets are extremely customizable which is this apps main attraction and saving grace but other weather app offer better styles and more useful full screen experiences Phone keeps identifying the app as a high battery drain     Jon

Clock stopped working the last month I ve been using this app for 4 years and have paid to upgrade The past month the clock does not keep the correct time I ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times At the most it works for a day or two Now I just dont use it because its unreliable I m planning to download another weather with clock app and will keep this for backup to see if this resolves itself Otherwise it used to work great and it was beautiful and functional galaxy s9         Genesirman Liang

Figured out the freezing problem The recent Android update apparently gave the phone the power to put apps to sleep without telling me about it If you go to settings then battery you should be able to find a sleeping apps list mine included this app and an alarm clock that I greatly depend on I cleared the list and both work fine now I have used this app for many years and I was crushed that it had stopped working I am happy to have it back                     Lauren Medders

Problems w Widget Updating Dev Email and Site are Inactive I ve been using the app for a while now w zero issue Within the last week the widget stopped functioning properly The clock will just stay at whatever time it was when I placed the widget on my home screen I ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times to see if that would solve the issue Sometimes it ll fix it for a few hours to a couple days and others it just continues to persist either way Galaxy S8 Android 9         Joshua Sonnier

just today with the widget on the s10 plus the widget shows a black square with the spinning loop of downloading into the screen but nothing happens this happen after I restarted the phone I cant even remove and place in the screen again because it s still spinning     paulo alexandre

Update See Paul Dean 3 16 post fo a fix i updated the battery permission for the Accuweather as well Since the Pie rollout on Samsung Note 8 two months ago i keep getting messages that this app is using too much battery juice More importantly the clock doesn t update and will display the incorrect time I assume the same applies to the weather since upening up the Acc app corrects the time                 Jeff Heger

I finally figure out the battery issue with this great HD widgets app after I updated to Android 9 I noticed the clock wasn t being updated by default the issue is that Allowed Background Activity has been restricted by default what one needs to do is go into Settings tap on Apps from there you ll see a list of all the Apps then Search for HD widgets once you find it tap on it Tap on Battery from there Tap on Allow Background Activity a pop up comes up tap on remove Cheers                     Gregory Fequiere
