It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2014.01.24 has been released on 2014-01-24. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. I was happy with it however they went to automatic backup so I decided to use just the free version or at least to decide for a month or two whether or not I was going to continue paying for it after paying for 2 years THEY ERASED MY PASSWORDs from my phone In other words if you don t make your account payment they will erase all of your saved passwords after spamming you in your mailbox at about three letters a day for two weeks STAY AWAY from this app They re Pirates Extortionists     Ty Kralin

Inconsistency of keeperfill between different browsers on Android and the way it recognises apps or websites Really needed better development and test cycles This is on a pixel 3 ruining android 10 Happy with the product overall but really let down by the app                 Chet Sumaria

So I needed my info and used the correct password said it wasnt Tried 4 times When it asked for the verification code cuz I requested it it suddenly said that all my stuff would be deleted cuz I entered the wrong password 5 times when I didn t While I was on a work call and needed it When I went to make a new one it asked me to make a master password and it wouldn t let me use the old one cuz it needed to be new makes no sense horrible app so far     Matt Apeland

Initially I loved the app because there is an option to log into my accounts like capital one thriugh this app I love the identity protection fingerprint But now it s a bit frustrating because duplicate accounts exist When I try to delete the accounts the dialogue box says this account doesn t exist but it does This is becoming frustrating             chiquila mccabe

Great app and works pretty well after an initial rough beginning for me The only thing I would ask for still is support for the Brave browser I know it s not as simple to support browsers on Android as it is on iOS but Brave is being widely used by people who value security and privacy now The lack of Keeper support for Brave is unfortunately the only thing preventing me from making Brave my all device default browser It is a great app still and 5 stars from me when if Brave support                 Mike Carlile

I ve used Keeper for many years and transitioned through several new phones factory resets etc Each time I ve had to contact keeper customer service because I ve forgotten how to go through the recovery process particularly when 2 factor authentication apps are involved Each time they ve been very responsive helping me get back up in a short period of time This may not be the fanciest looking app but it works really well                     Mike Sullivan

I first purchased Keeper Security about 16 months ago I really liked it and used it to autofill all my passwords In the last two months they have made upgrades and it has become relatively useless It doesn t matter how many times I follow their instructions to enable keeper fill it doesn t work on the PC my android phone or the iPad It has come to the point where I have to open keeper find my password copy it and then go back to whatever I was trying to open to paste the password That s exactly what I had to do when I kept my passwords in a spreadsheet At least excel didn t give me false expectations that it would auto fill my passwords Save your money and keep your spreadsheet         Judi Neifert

I havent been able to use my Keeper app for at least 4 months now Everytime I try to log in it just spins and spins and says Please wait IF I am able to get in whenever I try to edit an entry the app shuts down Im so irritated For 30 this should not e happening I feel cheated and would LOVE my money back I should just go back to paper and pencil and write all my info in a spiral A spiral wouldnt let me down the way this app is SO FRUSTRATING     Tiffny Jones

I paid for password keeper and I cant even access it it wants to bill me again and locked me out of keeper saying I need to pay for a subscription that I already paid for this is the 2nd year in a row where I have had this problem the first time they fixed it but was only fixed for 6 months and then the renew they just took my money and have yet to have access to keeper I sent the reciept to the customer service and explained and told me that I paid for something else not the password keepr an     Kristofer Tryner

Love this app Its worth the annual fee having all my passwords for work school and banks in one location makes less chaos in my life Its super easy to use too I have never commented on an app before but this one has helped me organize my everyday life so incredibly so that I just had to share my opinion                     Victoria Mendez

Support is everything don t expect a flawless experience App needs constant fixing and support is lacking YOU need to be computer savvy to fix the app because every os update to your device causes Keeper to malfunction and all support does is provide documentation that may or may not apply to your device UPDATE support came through with precise help and now all is working again perfectly as I said support is everything and their support is great                 Michael Paparo

The Keeper App works seamlessly on my iPhone however the Android version has always been clunky but it worsened considerably with the recent updates It s now almost unusable on my Android device it won t even fill password fields now so I either have to switch to using my iPhone or desktop when I know I m going to need a password     Paul Harmston

I have used Keeper for many years I discovered recently that I have been paying for the app twice at renewal once auto drafted from my card and a 2nd time when I am warned that my app will expire Auto draft is 29 99 and an expiration offer at 14 99 Why two different prices This has happened more than 1 year I contacted support but was never resolved Additionally I am now getting this error when trying to use my banking site Server Error in m Application Runtime Error Please help                 LeAnn Gaines

The free version lures you in while the developers use the time you ve spent entering passwords to hold you hostage for 30 dollars per year I would ve paid 5 or 10 dollars once but not 30 certainly not 30 per year There are better options out there and for far less money     McLean

with 50 plus usernames and passwords to try to remember the keeper app is a lifesaver so easy to use i have my galaxy s10 set so when i press the Bixby button once it opens the keeper app this way no matter what app I m in it s quick to bring up and view my password for the given app i don t use keeper autofill at this time because i use the default autofill still I m sure it works great too though                     Jacob Flint

Please doo yourself a favor and get Password Safe or one of the other password apps This one stinks Not 1 but 2 pop ups at a time to try and get you to buy the paid version And this every single time you open the app And when I get a new phone I need to get the premium version to transfer everything This app is junk and there are much better options A password protected note sheet would be better than this         Eric Love

I love this app it has a free version and paid version the free version allows for use on one single device however the paid version allows for use across an infinite amount of devices A safe and secure way to store all of your sensitive data user id s and passwords I have been using Keeper app for more than a year and I am a satisfied customer                     Scott Nina

was 5 stars till they started charging for free version I hate it when a company lures you in then suddenly changes their software and start charging when it was free the whole time now I can t even get my passwords and move to another app if this was a one time payment by all means I love supporting developers but subscription just for passwords without an option for a one time payment and only if I want more features then subscribe so sad             DEEJ

This app adds a trailing space to the end of EVERY PASSWORD IN YOUR LIST So whether you copy n paste or use kepper fill it will paste the password plus an extra space making you enter the wrong password The desktop app doesn t have this problem I went through my passwords in this app and removed the trailing spaces Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app Upon reinstalling the app added trailing spaces back to all 200 of my passwords     Edward Rongcal

I love the Keeper app It allows me to keep all of my passwords in one place with easy access It s also web based so that I dont have to worry about losing the data on my phone There is also an option to upload images and keep notes in each record I do all of this with the free version It has made my life much easier                     Cindy Minor

Previous and current update changes the folders completely All data were separated from folders saved earlier and now individual folders were created for each data The app look too messy now Please do something for this Can not arrange the same now Will change the rating if this review sorted             rohit somkuwar
