Some days ago I sent a message through the help section in the app because I was no longer getting updates or notifications for locations arriving leaving No one has contacted me In this day and age we may not be able to be with our children all the time but being able to track their whereabouts is important If no one can help fix the issue I will be forced to cancel paying for the features and find an app that has individuals who can help I did see you never respond to anyone though     Nemo Me Impune Lacessit

works exactly like it says it does has a lot of extra features I wasn t expecting like being able to see if their battery is dead n being able to send them a mess they u need to plug your phone up my family loves it my dad especially luvs it so he can keep tabs on me LOL and I am 37 years old it s great for the kids I have a 10u002611 yr olds that way I can keep up with every where they went it not only show you where they re at but where thy hve been also                     Christy Bradley

I like the app Better than googles solution I like how I can add other phones to my circle and keep track of multiple devices even without location services on How ever I hate the fact that I can t make a lost device ring or lock the device for security 90 of the time the device is at home but missed placed and without the option to make the device ring to find it l 3 stars Otherwise would have been 5 will change if option is added             Sparky Isbest

this app used to be great but since the last update the 360 location service no longer works when the battery saver is on Our family phones are always on battery saver mode so the battery lasts all day without the location services working the app has no point as it can t track the phones location This needs to be changed back so it works on all phones with battery savers             S. I like the app I wish there was more freedom to see where you were to help find addresses I wish you could save more than two addresses for free Maybe being able to put pin drops where you want to go to help find your location Although I know that the maps app does this it would be nice to integrate this into this app                 Lisa Marie Clark
