I was enjoying this game until i reached the last area region which is IMPOSSIBLE to beat The rest of the game is alright but once you get to the last few levels theres a huge spike in difficulty All the enemies in the last few areas are ridiculously overpowered and are hard to beat by themselves and theres like 20 of them in every room cant even make it halfway through before using all extra lives This game is simply NOT WINNABLE and anyone who says otherwise is lying         S Limon

This is hands down my favorite mobile game of all time Bought it on iOS finally got it for Android and I can say there s absolutely no regret in this purchase I might be a little biased because I first played it when I was fairly young but the story and gameplay are so enjoyable that you will want more along with a bunch of secrets in game that will keep you occupied for a bit I also recommend you try out Wayward Souls after you finish this one and you ll find some references of this game in there                     Danorpx

Absolutely outstanding game I can t recommend this enough Pixel art is fantastic writing is genuinely funny and the controls are extremely tight and responsive The achievements are quick but satisfying to unlock and the notes hidden throughout each level are interesting to read and often times had me laughing out loud I found myself replaying levels numerous times so I could collect everything Story is VERY well done beginning as your standard fantasy quest but quickly turns out to be much much more I was pleasantly surprised as it started to take a very very dark and legitimately disturbing and creepy turn toward the end I m looking at you Homunculus Bunker Worth every single cent definitely pick this up along with its spiritual successor Wayward Souls Great work guys                     Hunter Beck

This is quite a fun game it s the first mobile game that I ve played in a while that I ve latched onto and wanted to keep playing whenever I could It has a similar style to those older Legend of Zelda games but with a more exciting feel to it It also has a good sense of humour with the dialogue and notes in it which is kind of like Magicka 1 and 2                     Well made game Agerr Gerra

This game is awesome They certainly know how to make a short story I beat master mode in less than a week but the game is challenging nonetheless Wayward Souls the next game takes on a different approach but is just as good To be honest I think wayward souls is way harder than mage gauntlet because you get a free life every floor on master and 3 free lives on story mode There is iap gear but it s not needed to beat the game And I m also dying to know what happens next I got the master ending The worst part is trying to clear all the floors but not being able to find the secret areas But other than that it s pure greatness                     Krisu
