Its a fun game BUT it gets incredibly boring after some time because you are doing the same thing over and over and over again Build a house make a character help the character fall in love go to work eat and repeat It also updates ALL the time for around 10 minutes depending on the wifi connection Ads pop up more frequently as you play the game Its really unfortunate because if you were able to do more things in the game it would be SO much more fun         Isabelle Kasparek

Sadly it really doesn t matter about the Graphics Since my Gameplay and my Control of the game is constantly affected by the excessive advertisements It is also frustrating and difficult to give a fair and accurate assessment of this game Especially when there are so many things that are happening negatively against this game Why is it that those who have the ability to make changes ignore them     Joni Weaver

It s fun but my only complaints are that every action takes hours and there aren t enough clothes It s really hard to play the game for awhile because things can take up to 24 hours Every action is either 30 minutes or 24 hours and the jobs take forever The firefighter job is nine hours each day so it is impossible to get money fast Everything costs too much aswell I would play a lot more if the actions were shorter and there was a fast forward button like on consoles and pc             Liv Chase

So i just started playing this game again after a couple of years of pause Compared to the first time around playing it I dont remember it having soo many ads I feel like i keep getting interupted more times for ads than actually playing the game Just stop the random ads i perfer to see a banner on either side of the screen instead of stopping my game to play a video     Boo

Spent 20 minutes downloading this only for it to mess up What the heck EA It refuses to let me start a new game Just tries to connect before stopping and going back to the option of starting a new game or download previously saved data of which I don t have And I can see I m not the only one having this ssme issue EDIT 20 SEP 2019 I tried uninstalling and downloading again but to no avail No difference Still refuses to let me start a game     Kairos Ulord

It s a fun little game but the advertisements are intrusive and hard to close They often freeze my game up and cause me to have to restart my device Playing on a Note 9 If I don t want the extra xp or whatever the ad provides I shouldn t be forced to watch it but that s how these are Just trying to close it doesn t work Edit the ads have got WORSE since I wrote this review They pop up almost everytime you click anything You still can t close them Uninstalling This is ridiculous     Jae Maa

Absolutely love Sims Have been playing since it was on ps2 15 yrs ago Most fav game is The Urbz Sims in the City u0026 Sims 4 Bring The Urbz to ps4 I will love you 4ever OK w ads except when my screen blacks out u0026 I have to close the app u0026 restart in doing so I lost the quest I was doing as well as the points I would have made Now I have to try to repeat itu0026 hope it doesn t black out Got this game 5days ago u0026 its up to date Please have a look see so I don t have to delete this app                 Whitney Baker

I can t believe developers won t address the problem with ads that crash the game multiple times during gameplay Other people ARE having this problem Specifically the Osiris quick complete on the gardening plots and the toddler playhouse cause screen blackouts with the only option being to close the game Please fix Or is this how you encourage people to pay 15 for an ad free game making the crashes deliberate If so you need to stop calling this Freeplay         Nonnie D

Great game Much better than Sims mobile I enjoy that there s a lot of choice here It could be greatly improved by adding a fast forward feature that doesn t require points The game would be much less frustrating with a fast forward feature Also I originally had an issue where I couldn t start a new game but I realized I just needed to log out of my google and facebook on the app and I was good to go So maybe fix that as well It would be cool if there were NPC sims as well                 Lindsey S

I wish I could give this game zero stars I used to play this game all the time and I loved it I just redownloaded it and I can t even play the game It won t let me continue my old save or even start a new game No matter which one I hit it loads for a few seconds and just takes me back to that same beginning screen I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it I see many other people saying the same thing for the past few weeks so I don t understand why this isn t fixed yet     Mallory Meyers

So I got this on my iPod 6 It loads and lets me play I m on Google pixel 3 I want to play it on here It won t let me get past the start new game Every time I click on it it goes to a screen that says SIMS FREEPLAY cloud and won t get past that Just keeps putting me back to the start new game screen I had fun with this game years ago Now I got new phone and want to play again but can t Please fix     shawn nelson

Game is satisfactory though any task labeled limited time is rigged for paying customers The limited time only unlocks and does not give you free items Ads are intrusive and sometimes bonuses are not delivered and results in the game freezing Gameplay is stripped down to basics with no incentive to play except to build the town Massive time sink     Eric Kwan

For anyone getting stuck on Start new game screen 1 Switch your device to Airplane Mode this should turn the wi fi off 2 Now open Sims Freeplay 3 A pop up should come saying Internet access required or something like that 4 Now go to settings and switch off the Airplane Mode with the app STILL RUNNING in the background Make sure you re now connected to wifi 5 Open app it works                     Audrey Conway

I started playing again after a few months When I come back on i no longer have any of my neighbors from facebook I tried the simchase but the opposing person was halfway through and it wasnt possible to me to catch up Also STOP WITH THE CONSTANT ADS If I want to speed up a project by watching an ad I ll do it No need for it to pop up randomly on my screen and not allow me to skip it             Hailey Zettler

There s ads almost every five clicks I make to gather money from one of the houses or even scrolling and clicking on my characters or things for them to do The game used to be decent but with so many interruptions I can t play the game 5 minutes straight without an ad popping up And the worst of it is that I can t even click an exit to get back to the game I m forced to waste 30 seconds of my life every 5 clicks I make to the screen It s like I m punished for even playing the game         Lysia Lovell

I love this game but the random pop up ads make it impossible to play I can only go 2 minutes without having to watch these unskipable ads that end up crashing the game after I used to watch the ads voluntarily for rewards but now they re just being pushed down my throat which makes the whole experience unpleasant     Andrea Esquivel

I have a Samsung galaxy AE10 and every time i try to load start a new game it just loads for about 5 seconds and goes back to the beginning screen so I m not even able to play it I think it s because of my phone type because I ve seen on other reviews they have similar phones to mine     Gabriella Watters

I love the game have been playing for years I have one problem though My fiance plays the game too and we re friends on Facebook and we are both connected to Facebook through the game but its only showing me on his friends list through the game and not on mine I was wondering if there was anyway you could fix this problem for me please and thank you                     Fonda Hodgdon

I ve played this game for years and it has gotten beyond frustrating lately EVERY time I have my sims doing something that takes a significant amount of time I ll of course exit out of the game and am hopeful when i open the game again they ll be done with those lengthy actions to only find I have to do them over because for some reason my sims have not completed the action and are no longer doing them so im always having to start over Plus the adds always popping up are annoying     Emily Beisser

I used to have this game a long time ago and today I thought I would download it again and start fresh But as far as I can see there is not game anymore just a start screen I keep clicking to start a new world and I keep getting kicked back to the same page I am incredibly frustrated and really disappointed And yes I did uninstall and reinstall it     Malerie Courter

For a pocket sims its pretty fun Its nice and compact and not overwhelming Its just annoying when youre trying to do something and an ad pops up almost all the time And sometimes the ad doesnt even load and I would have to restart the game I wish they gave you a choice for if you wanna see the ad for a reward or not                 sally nguy

I m getting really frustrated with this app I used to play it a lot and had a lot of fun on it so I decided I would get it again once I had gotten through all the processing and everything it took me to the front screen and I hit the button start new game it went to the loading screen for a few seconds then it sent me back to the home screen no matter how many times I have tried that s all it does and it really sucks because it sounds really fun with the new updates I hope you fix it     Makenzie Ayres

I downloaded this game on my phone I clicked on the start new game button the game would load for a few seconds and then take me back to the previous screen It kept doing this I deleted the game and redownloaded it The game still behaved this way I even tried downloading the app on a tablet with the exact same results I just read some reviews so I m glad it s not just something I m doing I really want to play this game Please fix this bug     Kendra Hart

Ea what are you doing this is an even bigger disaster than the sims 4 updates on the PC which breaks core functions to the game I mean you can t even get in the game anymore because of the start new game issue that everyone is going on about This should be fixed by now but just like the PC it looks like you refuse to do a hotfix so people can play     CorruptEarth
