Was with ringcentral for 4 years and just switched to dialpad I am very happy so far Their support is amazing and fast The app feels current and not stuck in the 2000s like the ringcentral app Keep up the good work HD Call quality is a killer feature and much needed for business That feature alone was worth the switch                     Justin Abraham

I made an account for this months ago upon signing up I was able to use it after that I havent been able to use it whatsoever therefore I ve been seemingly paying for nothing since when I try to log it it replies with Please log in with google above to which the google login doesnt work either So far a terrible experience     Micheal Hunter

its trash it looks like they fixed the google sign in thing but sure enough straight away they ask for payment details They call it a trail with a Future total of 29 and change how about you collect payment details at the end of the trial to continue using the service only seems right considering your poor track record         Domonik Boehmer

Service works decently well App is HORRIBLE My entire company is switching away from using Dialpad complete solely because of the app Biggest issue the app continues to vibrate ring even after the call is answered or declined making conversation impossible That s assuming that the call CAN be answered this brings me to the next issue 75 of the time the call can not be answered on the app The mobile app will ring maybe twice a pop up notification will come up then it will disappear It keeps vibrating u0026 ringing but there is no option in the app to answer the call Meanwhile the call is still ringing on either the desktop app or the web app I can answer the call on those but not on the mobile app Even after answering the call on the desktop or web app the mobile app will continue vibrating u0026 ringing To stop the vibrating ringing I have to reboot the phone or force stop the app Unusable Also I notice a discrepancy between text messages on the desktop web app and the mobile app Some messages will appear on one but not the other Can t trust it 2 stars for the service that works decently 0 stars for the app itself as it s completely useless         Bob Loden

I love the desktop application and the service The mobile app is great except one major flaw You have to delete the app from your phone for it to refreah missed calls that were returned using other devices even if you refresh the app Im tired of reinstalling the app just to see what calls need to be returned Other than that I love the mobil app too but it is a big flaw We use Dialpad for our 3 person office Each has the desktop application and mobile apps             Mike Roland
