The Gynoii Baby is now available as a free download on Google Play for Android owners. The application is supporting English language. It weighs in at only 10MB to download. The new Gynoii Baby app version 1.0 has been updated on 2014-10-9. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Basically always have had problems with this app It literally is useless right now to the point we need a new monitor It wont let either of my husband or I log in He cant even find the app on the play store to reinstall For about 6 months during the winter he could sign in on his phone but on mine it crashed immediately everytime I opened it The magically it just started working again until about 5 days ago I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone     Liza cartwright

This app is useless I have had this camera almost two years Regularly have I been locked out and as of late unable to log in with my Google Sign in for the last three months The company s meager attempts to reset the camera after responding only once to my barrage of emails has been unhelpful and I am still locked out Please do not waste your time or money on this camera and app     eirinn hill

Ridiculous camera and app The app crashes often and then you have to log back in When you try to log in it will tell you that your username and or password is incorrect You can put your password in correctly 20 times and it will still tell you it is wrong When you finally do get logged in the camera will be offline Big waste of money There are better products on the market I DO NOT recommend this camera and app I wish I didn t have to give it one star 2 years later This app is still garbage     April Fowler

This is the most unreliable app It s main function us to allow you to see your child but it is always cutting out freezing or the app is just not working at all for hours I would never suggest this monitor because of this app Also all the features NEVER work     Cali Whipz

The app is fine It booted me out a few times and I had to restart it a few times but whatever What really disappointed me was I have 4 Gynoii cameras and it took 2 to 3 weeks to get a response After over a months time they did not resolve my issues nor did they offer to exchange my cameras Just very poor customer service So much time waisted on a company not worth my money     sarah snider
