I can create entries with URLs by sharing them from other apps But when I try to open the attached URL from 2Do the App INSISTS on getting permission to access my contacts YOU DO NOT NEED MY CONTACTS TO OPEN AN URL I can t even copyu0026paste the URL out You are basically keeping my URLs hostage to force access to my contacts     Alexander Miseler

very often the app get stuck in performing automatic backup please come back later it stays there even 10 or 60 minutes the only way is to close the entire app and reopen it but it will do it again after a while this is a kind of app thst you cannot say come back later     Iacopo Ortis

Love this app there are just 2 things thus far that would improve it 1 ability to highlight a task I used the app tasks before this one and I liked that functionality 2 if project tasks and checklists were indented possibly with a symbol of my choosing so different projects and checklists were very obvious                     Amanda Sargent

just took a quick look but this could possibly replace Todoist for me There are features that actually improve on Todoist like having three different types of tasks i love that And you fixed the tags issue so that you can choose AND or OR opperators THANK YOU I just need to test notifications and web app sync since i don t use mac to keep the five stars i actually only use Linux so a webapp is really necessary i so much wish there were a dark theme option Thanks                     Hoshi Inoue

Since android caldav support this is the most versatile cross platform task project goal suite in the app store The developer has developed this app to a true maturity unmatching Search filters tags projects tasks actions url s mails calls location its all there and all adjustable without crowding the UI an excellent development job makes this an excellent and must have tool for the serious professional                     Jasper van Baars

Excellent great UI lots of functionality BUT can you please add Google Drive Sync I recently dumped Dropbox like thousands of others because of their new policy to allow only 3 devices on free accounts So moved everything to GDrive but this is one of the few apps that doesn t support that                     Brian Peter

This app is incredibly powerful adaptable to my needs via customisation Anything that isn t implemented can be achieved easily through another method This is worth the one off IAP and wish there was a coffee IAP just to say thank you occasionally                     Mo Ham Ho ssain

I have tried numerous task managers over the years in search of that one that hits the balance between simplicity and more in depth functionality without the dreaded subscription fees and have failed to find one Until now 2Do is the holy grail of all task managers whether you just want a simple checklist or fully fledged projects 2Do is so flexible and customisable that it has genuinely helped me manage my life and business A special mention to the developers must be made I had a few queries and all I can say is that the level of support and the speed of their response was second to none They care passionately about 2Do and their customers user experience The biggest deciding factor for me is that 2Do is a one off purchase and not subscription based which again the developers have also voiced their disapproval of subscriptions This again shows that the developers care more about the quality and integrity of the product and customer experience rather than trying to make a quick buck I can t recommend 2Do highly enough buy it now you won t regret it                     Theo Vassiliou

Does exactly what I need it to do for the most part Only downside is that it keeps adding alerts automatically when I create new to dos and then adds the alert on again once I check them off if they re recurring items Is there a way to turn this off                 Nancy Marsh

2do has been my go to app for task management since around 2010 I started with the iOS version It s incredibly flexible and is one of the only apps that offer a one time purchase option instead of a subscription model which is something I really appreciate Some things I wish it had Dark theme especially true black Windows platform Task sharing If the above points are addressed I would change my rating to 5 stars in a heartbeat This app is really great                 Jangboo Lee

I want to use this app but without a windows option to do the majority of my entries and editing I keep looking for other options when I d rather stay with 2do I would be happy to pay another one time fee since it s a different platform ALSO if it s possible please move the things to do today in the pull down notification from the bottom to the top At the bottom it s out of site out of mind At the top I am reminded of what I need to do which is the whole point of this right TY             Jennifer Cronquist Newland

Full featured and well presented app deserving of 5 stars except for my ongoing gripe mentioned below Noticed that the app now supports custom CalDav sync and this really gives it an extra half star and has prompted my return to the app as my main task list manager Still really really hoping that due dates read only could be made to show in my main calendar especially now with the custom CalDav sync I d happily award the fifth star if that could be done                 John Orr

I ve loved this app and the one off payment This has now ended with email support for capturing tasks via email now an extra charge What s worse is that this is not a mechanism to email tasks to 2do but you have to give Beehive Innovations the keys to all your email I m not handing you access to all my email and it certainly isn t necessary for getting emails into 2do Perhaps now is time for a change of app Response to Dev I have not said it s a subscription but that the one off payment is now two one off payments Your app may not send you anything but because my credentials are entered into the app it gives you access to everything if you chose to access it The more apps that have my email credentials the less secure my email becomes I just want to send emails to it from my client without giving my credentials to your app     Simon Smailus

Very impressed with the app has helped me get my tasks from my head and into action I definitely recommend it better than the other task apps that i have used Only thing that i have a slight annoyance with is when duplicating a task which has a repeating element of on end date and you change the start and due date the repeating element does not automatically change Other than that fantastic app                     Naki S

By far the best so far I ve used BUG REPORT if i create a new tag while creating a new task i can edit the tag alone later in order to transfer it in a new tag group this alone will double the efficiency of the app Also a dark theme would be nice keep up the good work             Markos Michalatos

No direct feedback option Cannot make an arbitrary hierarchy of checklists within a checklist This is how life actually is No graphical tree to quickly find subtasks of things needing to be done No way to mark checklist items to add to a shopping list Better than many to do checklists but needs further development to be broadly useful         Nu Vistic

I have been using 2Do on iOS or Android for 8 years It has been an invaluable tool in helping me organize my life at a tactical level The flexibility in defining recurring tasks is the killer feature of this app on my opinion                     A Google user

I live in a multi platform environment and my tasks are in sync using Icloud reminders 2do is the only app Im aware of that gives me the ability to use iCloud reminders on my android phone Furthermore the app itself is polished and is a total class act Buy now You wont be disappointed                     James Willson
