Worst Airline service I had booked flight in mobile for my uncle on 29th july at 12 05 AM But because of auto detection in phone surname entered was wrong with in minute we called airline for surname change but thy denied for that Thy said there is no such policy for change At the same time goair refund the full amount without cancellation charge This is genuine mistake had happen which may happen with anyone They should consider this And even there telephone executives behaviour is bad     Jyoti Swain
