The zip does not go all the way to the top You have to drag it down rather than swipe and when you get to the bottom it just fades out the rest of the zipper Also I have to unlock my phone and THEN undo the zip rather than the other way round     Many faults Finlay Wales

You have to be on the app and then turn off your phone and then turn it on and it will work If you do not go to the app and then turn off your phone it just goes to NY normal lock screen     Joseph Hull
